- (2017-06-12) Dimitris Vardoulakis: Absolutely LOVE this extension to integrate information from Gmail into SugarCRM!!! It is a huge timesaver. It makes adding a new contact or lead directly from an email so easy. It also allows you to link the email to the contact, lead or account with the click of a button. Need to add an attachment such as a resume - one click and you're done! It is so much quicker and easier that switching back and forth from Gmail to SugarCRM to copy and paste information into the database. It is also very helpful to scroll over someone's email address and have all of their contact information pop up without having to look it up in Sugar. Highly recommend this extension!

With this extension, the tracking of correspondence with customers in our CRM has become very easy. Anyone who uses SugarCRM or SuiteCRM is aware of the serious limitations, which Mail module has - search engine is rather poor and the interface is not flexible. With Yathit, Gmail and CRM have become inextricably linked, and working with the correspondence in the Sugar became a pleasure. When we started testing Yathit, the extension was functional, but the number of features and functionalities that you can use today is incomparably greater. Week after week we observe the changes taking place and I will not conceal the fact that their scope is sometimes stunning. Moreover, cooperation with the developer is a model example of how to translate business needs into code. All our suggestions for changes and new functionalities have been taken into consideration and implemented, or added to the road map. I recommend this extension to all Gmail and Sugar / Suite CRM users. In our case, when the CRM is integrated with the PBX, the account records include complete information on all communication between our employees and the customers. I also recommend Yathit due to incredible responsiveness of the developer - feedback from us has always been used by development team to make our work with customers easier . Also for our convenience there has been introduced the Polish version of the user interface, which further facilitates our work.
