• (2021-06-23) Roovaaku: I just installed hey buddy and I think it's really awesome, but I wish he had more command for music because when I say pause or play or play music it doesn't do much, I 'would like it to have more than functionality like a compatible with streaming services like Spotify and Amazon music, and also that asked to play a video on YouTube to be more natural and simple, because at the moment I have to make sentences very long and precise and even sometimes it does not launch videos, but only a search on youtube: C I would also like it to be able to have a voice and also more language like French and also the possibility of recording the sentence who activates it for who recognizes precisely the word example: jarvis he can sometimes see often having difficulty understanding personalized and non-standard words I imagine features like this might be added in the future, but it would be nice to have them soon. But for now I'm in love with this voice assistant I would have put 10 stars if it was more developed and compatible with spotify and had more features than I listed.
• (2021-06-18) TJ Huntley: My rating should be 4.5 bc this extension is awesome. It works very well too. You don't have to keep saying it 12 times for it to wake. The only thing it seems to be lacking, is the ability to personalize command words yourself (e.g. "Show me Fox News" takes you to Fox News, "I want to watch Lester Holt" takes you to NBC Nightly News, "Open my Spreadsheets" opens your personal Google Sheets you select.)

• (2021-02-06) Disappointment: Hey Buddy works great! He is very responsive, and I wanted something just like him. But a few tips and bugs I wanted to inform you about: 1. I cannot name him something else, there isn't a option, maybe you can add a button that allows everyone to do that :) 2. I REALLY want Hey Buddy to be a background voice assistant. When I'm in a google meet, he pops up when I call him and I don't really want that (Especially when I'm presenting) 3.When I download Hey Buddy, a website with the commands come up for only 2 seconds and then another website pops up called "Bewise" so we can't exactly look at the commands. :( But overall I highly recommend Hey Buddy as your voice assistant! He is the best one I found yet!

• (2020-03-10) Gopi krishna: I'm giving 3 star just for this reason bcoz its always tries to do google search without any prefix keyword like "open" or "search for", Even when i'm saying command like Write "I am happy" in a textbox ( if i pause a little bit after "i am" it does google search on "happy" keyword in a new tab.). • (2019-01-18) Trying2 Understand: It was great at voice recognition, but terrible at intent recognition. If I paused speaking for even a millisecond it would place a '.' then capitalize the next word. It also had a very irritating habit of sending messages to my message center that would pop up and obscure the area that I was trying to type in. I am going to uninstall, but if you message me with fixes to those two issues, I will re-install.
• (2019-01-15) Michael Mason: I just found out about Chrome Voice Assistant today and it is simply fantastic!!! :) I was never happy with any of the Chrome voice extensions in the store and pretty much gave up. But today I went into the chrome store in hoping there was something new since it's been a while since I last had a look and that's when I came across Chrome Voice Assistant and it is by far the best voice extension for chrome or any browser on windows! Chrome Voice Assistant is a dream come true for the Chrome Browser! :) And please if you can keep it updated with new features and bug fixes!!! The developers of Chrome Voice Assistant extension should really be proud of them self's Highly recommended!!! :) Update Tue Jan.15,2019 Just got to say I am so impressed how quickly the developer of Chrome Voice Assistant has added features that I only just ask for a few days ago :) Other then some bugs with hotword detection listing to long among a few other things Chrome Voice Assistant is the best and a must have for anyone who likes using voice search! Big Thanks for the quick updates!

Can this do it? I'm off to find out.
• (2018-12-14) John Johnson: Works very well... Sometimes too well. I'm on my computer and I use it - - next thing I know is it is typing data from the TV. If I use for data I need to squelch the TV. But I can live with that. I am amazed at how responsive it is. And HEY BUDDY is perfect for a trigger.

Like in my case it stays for around 7 seconds. Like About California opens the Wiki of California. Not understanding some basic sentences like "pin tab" (-->been tab, etc.)
