Can only do minutes between iterations. This is not helpful. There should be an hours, days, weeks, months option to make this useful. Seriously, how many tasks do you need to repeat every few minutes? Most habits are daily or weekly. Sounded great, but isn't at all useful.

Great app for me. No checklist, no stats chart, just a simple reminder. there are some suggestions - It will be perfect if you move the settings to popup page. - allow enable / disable a rule, other than remove it.

It's a really nice and slick app, that basically pops-up a notification every time you need to drink water or stand up and move a bit :) What to do an when - you set up events for whatever you wish to do. You just put name and time in minutes. Love it and use it.
