FluentStream’s Salesforce integration is designed to simplify your sales call workflows.
Every inbound and outbound call displays a notification pop-up and control panel. The notification informs the Salesforce user of who is calling/being called and the control panel provides the user with tools to manage leads, contacts, events and tasks associated with the caller or called phone number.
The fields displayed in the control panel are custom field mappings for your unique Salesforce setup. For those experienced with many Salesforce integrations, this means no more importing and binding to custom objects!
Each of your workflows can be customized to meet different needs.
For your sales and marketing teams, this means you can support diverse methods of communicating with leads throughout your sales funnel. As an example, you can set one pop-up layout as an ABM outreach campaign for your marketing team, and then have an opportunity-focused direct sales model for your sales team.
By eliminating the dependency on custom objects, FluentStream’s Salesforce integration can be applied to organizational setups of all kinds without modifying your current Salesforce account.
The Salesforce integration can also easily be combined with ClickToCall, allowing streamlined profile lookups for every call.
