Embed content on any webpage.
Tired of constantly switching between tabs to view different websites? Embox allows you to embed your favorite websites onto any webpage. After storing the URL in the extension, simply select where you want to place the website and Embox will automatically embed it in that area.
You can now:
-Embed a document hosted on Google Drive on a chatting website to discuss what you're reading
-Replace your Facebook news feed with reddit
-Place an online notepad in a webpage to take notes on what you're reading
-Use the "remove" feature to get rid of ads and annoying content
Features:
-Forward/back navigation and address bar in embedded window
-Automatically changes all requests and links from http to https if the site is embedded in an https page
-Front/Restore buttons to bring the embedded page to the front of its parent page
Notes:
-To embed a Google Drive document, use the following URL: https://docs.google.com/viewer?srcid=[put your file id here]&pid=explorer&efh=false&a=v&chrome=false&embedded=true where your file id is the string that comes after "d/" in the "share" URL
-Chrome blocks all http requests if the parent page uses https, so accessing a site that doesn't support https when the parent window uses https (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.) won't work.
