- (2025-02-23) Caleb Pfohl: Just recently re-downloaded. I love WOT. Only reason I uninstalled it for a year or so is because it was eating up a lot of RAM. If you have a 4-5 year old Windows computer, it visibly slows down Chrome.

- (2024-10-02) Alexey Volkov: This would be a good addition to the browser privacy tools to check reputation of a website, but constantly displayed upsell offers and nagging (even in Gmail UI), and popups and everywhere in their own UI, about upgrading, exaggerated YOU ARE UNPROTECTED alerts and warnings in every possible corner — this is unacceptable. Do not recommend. Don't install it, as ad-ridden free tier is not worth your time or attention for the feature set offered, especially for the continuous pain inflicted on user who keeps using the free version.

Not even a single ad on their website so people saying there are lots of ads are probably infected with some kind of virus that produces prompts and such. There are no prompts on WOT software nor website. The only form for input is something you want to check if it is leaked or not.
