• (2025-06-30) Meghan and Tyler Meszaros: Extension doesn't work. The block links are missing. It worked for a year, and now it doesn't. I tried disabling and enabling, but that didnt work. I reset the setting from within the extension settings page, but that didn't work.
  • (2025-06-30) LimiDrain: 10 negative reviews in a row COMBO, you devs suck
  • (2025-06-27) Soti Coto: It stopped working entirely. I only got it to block Reddit results from my DDG searches.... and now the searches are full of Reddit results again and even refreshing the search doesn't get rid of them.
  • (2025-06-26) Голубь: Hi, make it possible to block sites via Google Lense! Due to the fact that sites remain unblocked after blocking.
  • (2025-06-25) VoidTipsy: The new button display method of the 9.0.0 version update is really terrible. Every time you move the mouse, your eyes feel dizzy.
  • (2025-06-24) Flounder 1: Doesn't work, regardless if I am on Chrome or Edge
  • (2025-06-23) first last: what happen? block this site no longer shows. ghostbuster shows on first result then hover on following results only. Much better before
  • (2025-06-20) Marco Bacilieri: version 9.0.0 it's terrible. Please, restore "uBlacklist has blocked ** site" on google search page. In the meantime i've restored manually previous version 8.12.0.
  • (2025-06-20) Charity Curtis: update sucks.
  • (2025-06-20) Stresser Surname: update ruined it, 0/10
  • (2025-06-20) Space Aster: dosent work on google/opera gx
  • (2025-06-18) Barry McBeen: I've been looking for a long time for an extension that works on edge that will let me exclude websites from googles search results. While many extensions claim they do this, none have worked until I tried this one. This actually works on edge using google. I'd recommend this to anyone!
  • (2025-06-17) Lawrence Jewett: This should be built into the browser by default!!! I can't recommend it enough!
  • (2025-06-16) Fdl: Perfect! I was so tired of reddit and quora results filling up my search screens. In a matter of minutes, I no longer see them. Thank you!
  • (2025-05-27) John Davis: Worked fine for years but recently, i see the link "block this site" and when i click on it, it goes to that site. I have to manually enter the URL in the extension settings!
  • (2025-05-23) Monk: Works great for me on Chrome. Been using it for over a year now. Blocks out all the fake news. There's more depth to this than people realize. You can go into options for all types of configurations and dialogue allowances, including to allow/not allow "block this site". Too bad it's not supported for google chrome on android...
  • (2025-05-19) jeff henderson: This currently DOES NOT WORK on Google searches. The "block this site" does not show up.
  • (2025-05-16) Mashie Mutt: Pretty good, but it doesn't work on startpage, maybe you should look at that?
  • (2025-05-16) Oswaldo Chávez: Did exactly what I needed with no fuzz.
  • (2025-05-06) Enrique López Mañas: Not working at all?
  • (2025-04-25) Maria Nova (Golden Space Catgirl): Do its job and very well. But this addon could be improved by more active updates.
  • (2025-04-25) Arpan Das: one of the best addons for chrome
  • (2025-04-17) Lily: Not functioning at all
  • (2025-03-23) William Beaumont: Nice extension, but it doesn't block social media videos. Regular social media links get blocked, but not videos. Also, it would be nice to not have to type "*://" in front of every domain, like maybe the extension could assume all protocols by default unless specified otherwise.
  • (2025-03-19) Stacey Wallace: This works so awesome! I wish I would have thought of looking for this before today. I have been wanting to block all mainstream media on both sides from my search results and this is the only true way to remove them. Love it! Thank You devs! It saves me so much time when trying to scan the news.
  • (2025-03-12) Tracey Powers: I really want this plugin to be a bit better. It's so close, but it needs a bit more work to be really good. GOOD: Works very well on DuckDuckGo. I blocked Amazon and did a search for "table". DDG had 4 results without the plugin, and 0 with the plugin. BAD: Doesn't make a dent in Google because of Google's product section listings. I blocked Amazon.com and searched for "table". Without the plugin, there were 12 results. With the plugin, there were still 10. All of the amazon results were in the "Popular products", "More products" etc sections. BAD: There is no "Block this site" link on Google's product section listings. BAD: I am not seeing a "Block this site" link on DuckDuckGo search results. BAD: It is important to be able to quickly turn the extension on and off if you want to temporarily see blocked sites. The only way I found was to open the plugin settings and remove all of your filters, then search, then put them all back. This is extremely inconvenient. There should be a switch in the pinned plugin panel that allows you to suspend the plugin, then turn it right back on. In the end, it was more effective (but also more annoying) to use Google's built in filter -site:amazon.com to block all amazon search results.
  • (2025-02-19) Eduardo: Works on the main search page, but News isn't filtered and it's my main use.
  • (2025-02-14) Todo Lo mejor: ahora funciona godines
  • (2025-02-09) CONG WANG: It is an excellent chrome extension!!!
  • (2025-01-20) Nauskills: I've been hoping to find something like this for a while. Thank you!
  • (2025-01-13) Marcel Mazur: Great tool for blocking the fandom wiki
  • (2025-01-08) Jimmy Kultima: This plugin is a must if you want even remotely relevant results on Google. Bye bye pinterest, microsoft community, all news media etc.
  • (2025-01-03) Eu mesmo: The only thing that would make it better is if it allowed you to also block similar image results, when you click on images on google.
  • (2024-12-16) Fergal Hennessy: So good. never have to see GeeksForGeeks again.
  • (2024-12-16) Allegra Connie: nice
  • (2024-11-29) Pranav B: uBlacklist is a must-have Chrome extension that lets you block unwanted websites from Google search results. It is a key tool for filtering out fake news sites like Hindustan Times, which often push biased or pro-terrorist propaganda. Finally, a cleaner, more reliable search experience!
  • (2024-11-29) Federal Visa: good to use
  • (2024-11-26) MurderChickenXL: You have to manually add a domain to the extension options page. I remember an extension where I can just right click a link and choose "remove from search results". That's how it should work. I also noticed that the devs don't ever respond to reviews, or comments on Github. What is wrong with you?"
  • (2024-11-21) b.ave oms: too buggy for ecosia. block once to BLOCKING EVERYTHING, only I saw blank results. like completely cure of the internet holics.
  • (2024-11-14) Justin Schroeder: Finally no more Twitter/X junk!!
  • (2024-11-08) Alex Melgar: This needs to be installed BY DEFAULT, omg this is beautiful!
  • (2024-11-07) Tegan Simpson: Want it to work so bad but it just doesn't with Opera GX. Really hope they fix this because it's an immediate 5 star otherwise.
  • (2024-11-03) B F: Works on Google, but not on other search engine even after I activated them in settings.
  • (2024-10-29) Ushanka: Blocks AI trash and quora!!
  • (2024-10-27) Jaguar Zhou: 100% works, I like it. A lot of junk information disappeared from my search results.
  • (2024-10-13) Kieran Brown: The best, and most simple extension of this type. I previously had this, then I tried some others when I moved accounts that would paywall me and force me to create an account. No account is needed. No advanced knowledge is needed. Just click "block site" when you search and find a website you want to filter out. Personally I find it really useful to filter out sponsored spam like TikTok from my searches. You can also manually add websites by going to the options. What more can you ask for?
  • (2024-10-12) J S: Awesome thank you.
  • (2024-10-11) mentalEscape Music: Unbelievably useful. Thank you!
  • (2024-09-22) Mile Jenson: csdn ,这么垃圾为啥这么多人用? 博客园,github 不好么?
  • (2024-09-18) Nikita Scherz: Thank you, a godsend.
