Norton Family helpt u uw kinderen te beschermen, zodat ze veilig op internet kunnen surfen.
Als je Norton Family gebruikt, moet je deze extensie installeren om verder toezicht op de activiteiten van je kind op Google Chrome te blijven houden.
Je krijgt inzicht in de online activiteiten van je kind, zodat je een gesprek kunt beginnen over verantwoord online gedrag. Het Norton Family-product wordt niet op je Windows-apparaat geïnstalleerd bij installatie van deze Chrome-extensie. De Norton Family-desktoptoepassing moet afzonderlijk worden geïnstalleerd en is een vereiste voor werking van deze extensie.
Deze add-on maakt gebruik van machtigingen die de volgende Chrome-berichten laten verschijnen om de noodzakelijke functies binnen de add-on uit te voeren.

Dit bericht wordt weergegeven voor machtigingen die vereist zijn om toezicht te houden op de webactiviteiten van je kind en om een aangepaste blokkeringspagina weer te geven voor websites die niet zijn toegestaan volgens de door ouders geconfigureerde huisregels.
"Read your browsing history"
Weergegeven voor machtigingen die vereist zijn om terug te gaan naar de vorige webpagina van de aangepaste blokkeringspagina.
"Communicate with cooperating native applications"
Weergegeven voor machtigingen die vereist zijn voor communicatie tussen de extensie en de desktoptoepassing.
Deze add-on maakt ook gebruik van machtigingen die niet in Chrome worden weergegeven om de vereiste functies binnen de add-on uit te voeren:
"declarativeNetRequest" - Dit is vereist om URL's op het hoogste niveau en ingesloten URL's te identificeren en ook om extra kopteksten toe te voegen die door Norton Family zullen worden gebruikt (desktoptoepassing).

- Outstanding app! It takes some tweaking to get it just right for the blocking setting you want, but once you do, it does an amazing job. The one star reviews are most likely from someone just setting basic blocking and not tweaking it when it blocks something necessary. Just like anything else, it takes active participation, not passive.

- Megfelelő beállításokkal hibátlanul működik. De rá kell szánni valamennyi időt, hogy kiismerjük a funkciókat. Magyar menüs. Nem vagyok egy PC guru. Nekünk gyönyörűen üzemel évek óta. A gyári oldalon drága nekem a szolgáltatás, de mi az Ebay-en szoktunk kulcsot venni hozzá kiskereskedéstől. Sokkal kedvezőbb áron. Az még belefér. A telefonokon is hibátlanul működik. A PC beállításokkal azonosan megy rajtuk. Érdemes kipróbálni, azt hiszem 1 hónap ingyenes. A szülői felügyelet gyerekeknek szolgáltatás benne van a norton 360 deluxe előfizetésben. Remélem tudtam egy kicsit segíteni a szülőknek.

- its ok and all but i have this thing i like to use called shimeji and how it works it that you can have have a little charechter from your favorite anime video game show or even your favorite youtuber run around on your screen but one of the things it can do if u want it too is "remove" soomething off your screen and it wouldnt let me use it. (there are other things as well just wanted to give an example.)
