如果您是 Norton Family 用户，只有安装这个扩展程序，才能继续监控孩子在 Google Chrome 上的浏览活动。
它可让您洞察孩子的在线活动，并与孩子对话何为负责任的线上行为。安装这个 Chrome 扩展程序并不会在 Windows 设备上安装 Norton Family 产品。Norton Family 桌面应用程序必须单独安装，这是扩展程序正常运行的前提条件。
为了在加载项中执行必要的功能，该加载项使用的权限会产生以下 Chrome 消息。
“查看并更改您访问的网站上的所有数据”
显示的是监控孩子网络活动所需的权限，并显示一个自定义阻止页面，即根据家长设置的家规而不允许访问的网站。
“查看您的浏览历史”
显示的是从自定义阻止页面返回前一个网页所需的权限。
“与合作的本地应用程序通信”
显示的是扩展程序和桌面应用程序之间通信所需的权限。
此加载项还会使用 Chrome 中未显示的权限来执行加载项中的必要功能：
“declarativeNetRequest”用于识别顶级和嵌入式 URL，也可用于添加 Norton Family（桌面应用程序）所用的额外标题。

- Outstanding app! It takes some tweaking to get it just right for the blocking setting you want, but once you do, it does an amazing job. The one star reviews are most likely from someone just setting basic blocking and not tweaking it when it blocks something necessary. Just like anything else, it takes active participation, not passive.

- norton is against spying from viruses such as RATS (remote access tools/trojans) but make such items like this to spy on people and take over their browsers whenever, know when the computer is online, know when a app is running, or when a game is running, crazy am I right!

- this is torture it turned my parents into control freaks and now everything is dangerous they made it authorize ALL my accounts i wish this would go away, I found many ways to bypass it but it notified my parents and now my computer is fully nortoned so... I hate it.

- Megfelelő beállításokkal hibátlanul működik. De rá kell szánni valamennyi időt, hogy kiismerjük a funkciókat. Magyar menüs. Nem vagyok egy PC guru. Nekünk gyönyörűen üzemel évek óta. A gyári oldalon drága nekem a szolgáltatás, de mi az Ebay-en szoktunk kulcsot venni hozzá kiskereskedéstől. Sokkal kedvezőbb áron. Az még belefér. A telefonokon is hibátlanul működik. A PC beállításokkal azonosan megy rajtuk. Érdemes kipróbálni, azt hiszem 1 hónap ingyenes. A szülői felügyelet gyerekeknek szolgáltatás benne van a norton 360 deluxe előfizetésben. Remélem tudtam egy kicsit segíteni a szülőknek.

- its ok and all but i have this thing i like to use called shimeji and how it works it that you can have have a little charechter from your favorite anime video game show or even your favorite youtuber run around on your screen but one of the things it can do if u want it too is "remove" soomething off your screen and it wouldnt let me use it. (there are other things as well just wanted to give an example.)
