Description from store This extension adds a button to lists on any Trello board which allow you to collapse that list, in order to save space and minimize distraction. When dragging cards in Trello, hovering over a collapsed list will cause that list to appear so that you can move cards into closed lists without needing to keep the list open. The list settings are stored locally and no information is sent from your browser. • (2024-10-01) Jerome: My updated review (October 2024): 1 star Unfortunately Trello has killed this extension, included the collapsible list feature... as a premium feature. So you have to pay Trello to do this basic action. Discusted. Thanks to the developer for this hack which worked... until now. :( My previous review April 2023): 5 stars Should be a native Trello feature, but THANK YOU so much for creating that extension, which works like a breeze!
  • (2023-09-25) Stefan Sigvardsson: Trello has updated their CSS so the arrows added by this plugin messes up the UI now
  • (2023-06-17) eejayvv: Perfect!
  • (2023-05-19) Steve Sisalith: Exactly what I was looking for. A game changer if you're using a lot of lists. Thank you for this wonderful extension.
  • (2023-04-28) Paul Elia: Very nice feature and THANK YOU for updating after Trello made significant site changes! 😊
  • (2023-04-27) kenji uno: Thanks for great works! > Version 1.1.0 > - Compatibility with new Trello CSS, migration to Manifest V3 Although I'm not sure when version 1.1.0 was released, this addon works on latest Trello.com new version of theme.
  • (2023-04-06) Sydney Jackson: One of my favorite extensions for Trello!! It looks like Trello just updated recently, and the collapsed lists no longer remove the space where the list is - it collapses, but the allocated space for the list remains the same. Hopefully this updates soon *fingers crossed*
  • (2022-08-01) E L: One of my must have trello extensions
  • (2022-01-10) Eli Atlas: Very helpfull.
  • (2021-12-27) Eugene Maksimov: Работает через раз
  • (2021-12-15) Jessa Moon: Extension was great but sadly stopped working at all with the latest Trello updates.
  • (2021-01-10) Mahfuzur Rahman: Works perfectly! Many many thanks to developer.
  • (2020-08-14) Daniel Harrison: does what it says, effectively
  • (2020-04-16) Matthew Mettler: Did exactly what I wanted.
  • (2020-03-04) Jonathan Guedj: great! BUT why do the extension need permission to my browsing history ??
  • (2020-02-04) Kobzev Sergey: Спасибо!! Это очень круто!
  • (2020-01-22) Paul S: Really handy tidying up tool. I thought it didn't work at first! But you see a little triangle on the top left of each card. Click it and you get the thrill of seeing it contract. If I suggested an improvement that would be to indicate if a card has actions on it because the temptation would be to focus; and forget the cards that you have shrunk. But that's a suggestion - it's great anyway.
  • (2020-01-12) Sajjad Jafari: very good
  • (2019-12-26) A C: This was what made it so I could actually use Trello. It's such a simple add-on, but so effective! Thank you so much!
  • (2019-11-06) Rajesh Prajapati: Its very useful feature. This should be an integral feature in Trello. Works great.
  • (2019-10-27) Jorge Fraile: Genial!!!
  • (2019-10-23) Alaa Abuzarifa: The feature that I didn't know I need.
  • (2019-09-20) Derrick Giles: Great idea if you have 20+ lists it should help you focus and find lists like a library. But only 5 lists have an option to collapse, why i don't know. So not fit for purpose.
  • (2019-08-20) Troy Schwartz: I don't think I've ever written a review in my life, but this extension is awesome! Thank you, thank you , thank you.
  • (2019-08-01) ziplock9000: This initially worked great but I started to get more and more problems where expanding a list would have a big gap at the top. F5 would help, but often it comes back with some lists expanded or collapsed that were not before. Even worse I have lists that are empty even after F5 that actually do have cards. I'm going to have to stop using this now because that is something i can't overlook.
  • (2019-02-27) James Tudsbury: Good idea and is designed well but functionality doesn't quite work. When lists are collapsed you can't drag cards around, they ned up disappearing and the lists go glitchy.
  • (2019-02-18) awesome - what I have been looking for for ages+
  • (2019-02-14) Gastro Catering: I love this. It quite literally changed my life - no more anxiety induced by looking at an enormous page with tons of lists. This should be a standard feature of trello for sure. However! It seems to trigger my ESET antivirus. JS/Mindspark.g - potentially unwanted application - and it will not 'Clean' or 'ignore'. Total pain in the bum. I get this message a lot!
  • (2019-01-30) Jake Keilhauer: I love this extension but it recently started misbehaving. I think it must have changed in the 1/26 update? When I drag cards around, they get stuck overlapping each other. Just leaving this review for awareness, I find this feature valuable enough to suffer this glitch :)
  • (2019-01-17) Mood Infinite (Mood Infinite): This is why I love the Internet. I had an idea that Trello would benefit if I could just collapse some of the lists and lo and behold someone's already done it. Bravo good sir.
  • (2018-10-30) Flávio Lima: Gets the job done pretty well, but conflicts with Ultimello's card count feature on 1366x768 resolution (the colapse button is displayed on top of the card counter) and the collapsed lists seem to reset everytime you close the Trello tab on the web browser.
  • (2018-10-29) Hammad Ali Naqvi: Works as it says. Just a small tweek in UI, for .js-list.-closed .list .list-header-name{ left: 43px; top:5px } will align the collapsed list nicely. I am using Chrome 69.0.3497.100 for Ubuntu 18. Kudos :)
  • (2018-10-14) Chris Fung: Not automatic
  • (2018-09-26) stefan ketola: Love it - this should have been built in to Trello. Small, simple and effective. Well done to the Developers.
  • (2018-09-19) Glenn Goldstein: Works perfectly
  • (2018-09-14) Bob Murphy: Wow this is a really cool extension - esp in conjuntion with birdseye - both should be core for sure
  • (2018-06-27) t: brilliant!
  • (2018-05-09) Brett Wyrick: Works great in Chrome!! Great for better visibility when too many lists are on one board.
  • (2018-05-06) Jamie Kimmitt: Works perfect. Remember to refresh your Trello page after installing this extension (and each time you create a new list in Trello)
  • (2018-04-14) king Vandit: this helps! must have!
  • (2018-03-07) Brad Wilkerson: Works great. Saves precious real estate when you have multiple boards. Well done.
  • (2017-12-12) Eli Katz: the functionality that trello forgot to include
  • (2017-07-31) Van West: Sometimes the extension crashes or fails to load. I feel like this should be built in functionality to trello!! Love it!
