My most promising new discovery i made for Flow Metrics from Jira. Looking forward to the next releases! :) PS: make sure that in Jira's CFD under "Refine Reports" you have selected all columns, otherwise the Flow&Lead-Time-reports in the extension fail.

  Hi Magnus/community, we would like to adjust our process and I´m not sure how the cycle time is calculated. Is it by the time a person is assigned to the issue (would be my assumption)? We remove the assignee from one step to the next, as sign it can be pulled by the next person. Thanks Miguel

  I'm not sure if i understood well the graph. If i choose StartState = A and EndState = C, with Resolution = 1 day, i'm getting way more results than i was expecting. Question: The graph bar for 0 days means that all of those issues have transitioned from A to C, or is it including issues that didn't have that transition? Thanks, this tool is very helpful ;)

  Dear all, I hope someone can help me, I am having a hard time trying to understand, how average lead time is calculated in the companion. For me it seems it dobble rounds up. Round in ticket to next day and integer and then it seems to round the overall result to next integer as well. But when I look in the "Show Report as table" the tickets are in the right number of days without rounding up. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Bea

  I don't want lead times for everything. I need to separate data. Some stuff doesn't have the same work flow, or is much bigger in size, or has dependencies, etc. I don't want to nclude both quick, easy stuff and large, complex and risky stuff in the same charts.
