Now if enabled, the extension opens dozens of duplicate pages and freezes the browser for at least 30 minutes. To get back to a functioning browser, you have to close each opened tab one by one. I've searched all through the chrome store, and I finally found the perfect one named "Closure." It's a wonderful app that works like I want - doesn't let me accidentally close Chrome. Simply right click on a unused and pinned tab (preferably) and a notification window will pop up asking permission to not close the window without consent. Works well and easy to use. • (2023-06-19) Andrew Nowson: TERRIBLE !! Seemed like a great idea - and appeared to be, at first.... ..but not for long.... When I start up Chrome it usually asks if I want to restore all pages - which I ALWAYS do... This app then hijacks them all, sends CPU usage to 100% for at least half an hour, sends Chrome usage to over 80%, and replaces multiple tabs on different windows (randomly) with red or blue warming triangle icons, ands nothing works - can swap windows, but all tabs unresponsive... Then costs me 30-60 mins waiting, trying to respond to flashing triangle icons, and then loses some of my Chrome windows with anything from 10-50 tabs on them... ..then they dont show up in 'recently closed' list, as the list is full of 'Close Lock' entries closed by itself after randomly opening them. So, then I have to try and find all those tabs again, recreate the lost Chrome Groups, and put them all back in - complete NIGHTMARE. Absolute BLOODY DISASTER... ....sorry mate - you need to fix this random lockup resource waster or delete it....

The images are too low quality, it's really weird. if a better quality image isn't an option i would like an option to choose an image from my computer or from an imgur link. 2. I hate the blinking telling you it's not active, just the triangle would be enough, I find myself locking everytime, even when i dont want to, just so the blinking stops. pls get rid of the blinking or just make so that the "close lock tab" only appear if you click on the app icon on the top right. • (2021-07-03) Alan Gervin: Love this app. I try to only use keyboard to make myself more proficient on my system, however sometimes when I have to use my mouse I lose place of it and end up accidentally closing my browser playing my music. Major buzz kill. As long as I enable chrome lock on my music window I never have to worry about that happening again. I just wish the lock was enabled by default or there was a way to enable it without clicking it using my keyboard. Hopefully they come up with an update for those two asks or a way to enable it if wanted.

  It's been a bit buggy when trying to move a tab from one window to another, but as of today I had to disable the extension because it just outright won't let me move tabs between windows anymore - they just pop straight back to where they came.   Did you know that this plugin FREAKS OUT when I move a tab from one Chrome display to a separate Chrome instance? I had to force kill the plugin. I'd like to use it, but I have to try something else.

  Please make the "enable button" go away and automatically enable Lock on browser launch. Its too bad Google "fixed it" on you but their reason is probably to stop spammers from using pop-ups to prevent you from leaving their site. The best fix would be for Google to build it into Chrome like Firefox did.
