you can disable for specific site and your seetings is always synced with Chrome sync (you must check "extensions" in google chrome sync)
This extension has very light code (~ 6k without scroll image).

- Talented developer! 24/11/2021 edit: While browsing pages like instagram.com and twitter.com, the page will scroll up and down relentlessly. Such issue will be gone if this extension is disabled. I assume there's somthing the developer can do regrading this but the overall experience is fantastic.

- I wish I could choose where it is located or something as sometimes it is annoying to have up when it covers certain things but I want to keep it used for the site.

- При включенном расширенни в Гугл хром перестает работать скролл колесиком в других браузерах на основе хрома все ОК !Разработчики испаравьте
