This extension simply adds -site:w3schools.com to your google.com and google.co.uk searches to prevent w3schools results.
This plugin will redirect any requests to google.com/search and google.co.uk/search pages so that the query includes the term -site:w3schools.com.
This means your results will not include any results from that site while still maintaining a full search result set. (Nothing is removed from your results, they never come in in the first place)
This plugin is aimed at web developers and web designers.

- (2016-01-06) Kyle Pittman: Works in most cases, it adds "-site:w3schools.com" to every search you do. It will show that in your search bar, which may drive you crazy if you're picky. One problem/bug I have found is that if you search for something with a "#" it will not work correctly. If you search for "C# generic method" your search will turn into just "C".
