Description from extension meta

This extension simply adds -site:w3schools.com to your google.com and google.co.uk searches to prevent w3schools results.

Description from store This plugin will redirect any requests to google.com/search and google.co.uk/search pages so that the query includes the term -site:w3schools.com. This means your results will not include any results from that site while still maintaining a full search result set. (Nothing is removed from your results, they never come in in the first place) This plugin is aimed at web developers and web designers. One problem/bug I have found is that if you search for something with a "#" it will not work correctly. If you search for "C# generic method" your search will turn into just "C".

Thanks for making an extension like this! One issue: If I search for anything with a "#" in it, the search gets clipped off at the # symbol. I'm assuming it's because the search term isn't URLEncoded. For example, if I search for "C# generic method", google searches for just the letter "C", but the URL is written as "https://www.google.com/search?q=c# generic method+-site:w3schools.com". I'm guessing the #... part of the url is interpreted by the browser as an anchor name. The correct search term would be "?q=c%23 generic method+-site:w3schools.com" to escape the "#" character.
