• (2020-04-09) Marijn Eken: I thought it would automatically apply different presets to different websites, but that doesn't seem to be the case. On top of that I discovered (after some nasty struggles during online meetings) that this plugin was crashing my Google Meet, and other calling applications. The tab would become unresponsive. So, I've quickly removed this plugin and might look elsewhere. Preferable one that is only enabled on sites that I want it to.
• (2020-04-08) Lawrence Hilgeman: I have tried most of the "highest rated" equalizers and so far this one is the most responsive. It is the only I have used that actually causes obvious and rapid sound changes when adjusting or selecting presets. Great extension.

• (2020-03-26) Matt Fellenz: The equalizer functionality works fine (I wish there was some more granularity but it's not important). The problem is that the extension causes embedded videos (all news sites, Reddit, etc) to not play. Everything except YouTube.

• (2020-01-26) UmutBey: I think there is a bug, when I choose a preset its going to apply but after I close and reopen chrome, preset is chosen but not going to apply, to reactivate the preset I need to change one of frequence OR I need to select Default preset and then chose preset before close chrome... I hope I could tell the bug properly to you...

• (2020-01-07) Андрей Акулов: отличное приложение. есть ньюансы. пожелания. сделаите на вк. чтобы тоже сдобряло звук. у мя вообще со звуком пока беда. какой то дешевый звук. так что на вк я бы желалал эквалаизер. вот на ютубе класно слушать. эквалаизер как надо сдобряет звук. а вот в вк нет. звук не такой мелодичный. и приятный. сделаите чтоб там тоже работал. или как то чтоб можно было в настроиках включать если не надо выключать. спасибо за внимание. не проходите мимо.

• (2019-10-07) André Sathler: Estou usando essa extensão em um iMac rodando o High Sierra, e sinceramente, mesmo com driver alternativo (VooDooHDA) , o som é muito limpo, não tem distorção e as frequências que são possíveis alterar realmente correspondem muito bem a si mesmas.

• (2019-07-31) Tro B0T: Love how simple and over all easy it is to use, I never do extension reviews but I felt that this was a needed, is great with almost any website (mostly Youtube/Youtube music) and you could get a real equalizer but this one works just great for Chrome.
• (2019-07-26) Chris colón: Used to be 5 Stars!!!!, but it seems now that it breaks playback for most embedded videos. Maybe because htmlify is no longer available or some other reason. but I've had to switch it to only run when i click instead of on all sites. Is there an update coming for this?

  The plugin causes media to be blocked by CORS. E.g. clips on twitch or sometimes videos on messegner.com. "Access to video at 'https://clips-media-assets2.twitch.tv/AT-cm%7C468889962.mp4' from origin 'https://www.twitch.tv' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource." Without plugin, everything is fine.

  Here recently something happened with YouTube where the Audio EQ extension is just causing YouTube player to lag and hang and have other issues (when you mouse over the video the UI pops up it often lags and hangs) and quite often the UI becomes unresponsive but audio is still playing but the page is unresponsive,and the YouTube page is quite laggy when its not freezing. before this issue around a few weeks ago it worked flawlessly. it seems to only effects YouTube, and no other pages. the extension needs looked at on why its happening. i disabled all my extensions and tried them one by one and the only one that causes the issue is Audio EQ, and regardless of combination of extensions the issue only pops up when i enable Audio EQ. so something happened with Youtube where its causing issues with Audio EQ

  Some websites do not work on video players. So the video doesn't open. When you disable your extension, it opens the video. Just running videos on youtube and okru. Your extension is blocking other video players.
