  • (2020-07-10) Dávid Süvegh: It is just not working. On a facebook page I was able to open the pop-up windows and log in, but when I tried it on an actual site with a publication (pudmed, springer, etc) the windows just would not open. Spent half an hour trying and could not make it work. Please, fix it, it is unusable in the way it currently is.

  • (2020-03-30) Magdalena F Uerlich: Hasn't worked in chrome for the last few months
  • (2020-03-18) Ramizah Rashidi: Temperamental. Works like 80% of the time. Then it will suddenly not work, no warning or anything. I have both the bookmark and plugin. The bookmark will still work even if plugin doesn't sometimes. If both don't work, I have to use it on my Safari or Torch. Might be a chrome/plugin compatibility error.
  • (2020-03-15) Nora A: IT DOES NOT WORK
  • (2020-03-05) Justin Stewart: This is a worthless extension. It has no functionality. It appears it has been doing nothing for the past 5 years.
  • (2020-03-04) iq Zaheer: Doesn't work
  • (2020-03-02) Pedro Luis Aguila Noa: muy bueno
  • (2020-03-01) Benjamln Barrett: I've used this extension to create some great research paper references. Going onto my MBA capstone, the extension quit working. This has created a lot of manual effort to add my references into my endnote. I wish the app developer would take action and get this to work again or provide a work-around.

  • (2020-02-02) Morena Debique: Doesn't work when clicking on it. Complete useless.
  • (2020-01-28) Leon Deutsch: Doesn't work in google scholar.
  • (2020-01-26) Tracy Rousseau: It worked occasionally but then stopped, after several phone calls and hours on the phone with tech support, they had me remove it from chrome and create a link that allows a capture reference. This doesn't work at all, it comes up with "web page" and is completely blank. I have downloaded Zotero and tried on the exact same page and it comes up with all the information, author, dates, and abstract correctly in one click. Very disappointed in paying for endnote and having nothing but issues. Doing a dissertation is hard enough without fighting the tools that are supposed to help. Now trying to figure out how to export all my references into Zotero since it apparently works. Don't buy this if you are looking for an easy way to capture your references while reviewing articles online, if you are fine with manually inputting every one, then it is fine.
  • (2020-01-18) Glyn Calluthers: Like so many here, it just doesn't work. Does nothing at all. It use to work originally in 2017, but now in 2019 nothing.
  • (2020-01-13) L L: Ne fonctionne pas
  • (2019-12-09) Glen Svenningsen: Terrible does not work come on End Note we pay for you, while free extensions work better. UNACCEPTABLE!
  • (2019-11-26) James Leung: I found out from Endnote Support that this is not official. Endnote online provides a "Bookmarklet" not a chromestore plugin. Go to endnote online: myendnoteweb then click on download > then drag the grey Capture Reference Button to your chrome or firefox bookmarks bar. If you have Endnote desktop I suggest to install the Kopernio plugin, which can export pdf and citations to Endnote Desktop directly.
  • (2019-09-02) Mthulisi Mlilo: This extension works for most of the times. I however noticed that with X9 it seems to put the current year date, which is bit confusing owing to the fact that it worked well before. It is also not gathering the authors well. It has been working well. It might well be other software such as the chrome changing its settings. Another important point to note is your antivirus, it could well be blocking it. There is a shield that appears on the browser. You need to right click it and load the unsafe script. It should work normally.
