This is a simple extension to extend the playback speeds for YouTube™ videos.
in addition to the regular speeds (X0.25,X0.5,X1,X1.25,X1.5,X2) that YouTube™ provides it enables these speeds (X0.01 X0.1 X0.25,X0.5,X1,X1.25,X1.5,X2,X2.5,X3,X3.5,X4,X5,X10)
plus its persistent across tabs, so once a speed is set it will affect other videos on reload
