Pin Unpin All
A button to pin or unpin all the tabs in the window.
Click the button to pin/unpin all tabs in the current window based on the state of the active tab.
For a keyboard shortcut go to: chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
Compatible with dark and light themes.

So simple its hard to believe it works. Nice. What would complete this, is to have a hot key binding custom, for pin or unpin of a single tab and then it would have everything.
