  • (2025-08-21) Rechad: Excellent tool to read web pages and even PDF's! Many thanks.
  • (2025-08-20) Nick Robinson: Amazing voices. They are so much better than any other voices I have tried. So helpful for people with bad eyesight or those of us who don't want to strain our eyes on bright screen. And in 2025 it has got even better with a wider range of voices, more natural and human sounding. The built in reader is fabulous. Good work.
  • (2025-08-20) Sarah Daugherty (copperhead): I appreciate Natural Reader. I have Dyslexia and to hear a book being read is super beneficial to me. Thank you. I also, like that I can change the speed for my listening skills.
  • (2025-08-18) Leon Mundinger: Good voice quality, but frequent errors force multiple clicks and retries. Same issues arise constantly with each new text segment. Still usable.
  • (2025-08-18) Eriks S.: Great for people with reading troubles. Reads well regular webpages, but straggle a bit to read Pdf documents opened in browser, sometimes skips same paragraphs for unknown reasons. Even I used Natural Reader as separate installed software long time ago, browser integrated variant is way better. My only hope is that additional voices could be a bit cheaper and we can just buy them forever not for 1 year only.
  • (2025-08-17) Kader Mohideen Fasid: it's great. Really cool than some of the expensive alternatives
  • (2025-08-16) Daniel Jeske: its a good platform but the preview is to short and the free voices are all just typical microsoft voice Other wise its great and works well and is easy to pull up!
  • (2025-08-16) Edward G: Very good.
  • (2025-08-15) Ron C: One of the few that actually work
  • (2025-08-15) Emanuel Quezada: Easy to use, plenty of free options that get the job done.
  • (2025-08-14) Ed Mullen: NaturalReader is one of my favorite apps. I often read PDF documents and up till now I couldn't find a Reader with a 'read out loud' function that was adequate. A good Reader needs: selection of voices, highlight words as it reads, flexibility to start, stop, move to different sections of the document easily, etc. Only Natural Reader does this. I tried all the other 'read out loud' apps and none of them worked properly. Here is why this is important: A good 'Read Out Loud' app allows the reader to both 'hear' and 'see' the words of a document at the same time. This provides two inputs to the brain rather than just one (see). These inputs reinforce each other greatly improving memory and understanding of the material. All reading should be done this way if possible - especially in schools and colleges.
  • (2025-08-12) Ivan Lamden: ugly voices
  • (2025-08-10) Merciny Tavete: Great extension. Always useful.
  • (2025-08-09) Dawood Putros: awesome extension, but very expensive...
  • (2025-08-06) Hawke: Can't give it a 5 because we don't have the option to download the spoken voice to take on a walk. Also there is some glitches when I try to have it read a document. It reads the first letter of the first word of a sentence and then reads the sentence. Sometimes in the document it reads inside parenthesis too. Also I don't like subscriptions. If they had the option to just buy a month without subscribing I'd prefer that. I would rather buy all the months upfront so I know exactly how much money I will have.
  • (2025-07-31) Eny Osung: Helps me read many books in audio. NaturalReader is by far the best free screen reader I use almost everyday. It often struggles to read pdfs. And it sometimes gets confused when the content is a 2 page spread - then it reads across both pages instead of reading one column at a time. Perhaps the most annoying thing is you can't change the voice unless you pay - I wish there was a free male voice (UK) as an option.
  • (2025-07-29) Andy: It doesn't work 95% of the time on regular websites.
  • (2025-07-29) José Luis P.: Great app! Fully recommended.
  • (2025-07-29) Eddmund J. C. A.: Its good, doesn't realy work well with text writen with stamering. Takes a long time to load and is hard to open the extention
  • (2025-07-29) Jillian Tippit: While working through studying this app helps me when my eyes want to go cross from reading everything on a screen. Sometimes when working on a project, having the app read out the instructions while I do the work helps as well. Great app, not cumbersome at all. Simple is best!
  • (2025-07-27) Draconequus W.: About 1 month ago, half the voices stoped working for me. I like the Sammantha voice, and have used her for the past 6 years. It is frustrating to have to use another voice that I haven't grown accustomed to.
  • (2025-07-24) KayB In2thedeependpodcast (KayBoss): Once you learn to use this tools, the more comfortable you get with it. I like the about reading function that way I can focus few things while I listen.
  • (2025-07-23) La Porta: really great. thanks
  • (2025-07-22) Joel Guillerm: very useful extension tested on Windows 11 Chrome and Windows 11 Edge : no problem on Edge. at a certain time, on Chrome, the word highlighting function did not work anymore, only the sentence highlighting worked, even after removing this extension, restarting Chrome and reinstalling the extension ... :-(
  • (2025-07-21) Camilo Torres Monsalve: I recomend this app beacuse it help me to understand all.
  • (2025-07-21) Andy Ott: This has helped me be able to get through emails that would ahve bogged me down! It helps to have this read it to me as I read along, so I have much better comprehension and retention.
  • (2025-07-21) Comrade Max: it has a paywall 💔

  • (2025-07-20) Mark Ndibui: This extension has really impacted my life, I was not able to read long publications but now i can read entire books due to the help that comes from the extension. Thank you to the creators.
  • (2025-07-18) Lynn Nouri: Because this company chooses to make it difficult to try the free voices, I am deleting after only a few minutes. They set the tool up so that the most expensive voices are set to read for you and the free ones are at the very bottom of the list. Also - their free voices are so BAD that it makes me wonder if they programmed them to sound extra robot-like to force you to think that is the way it has to be if you want a "free" version. The male version of the voice is similar to the voice of the computer on War Games from the 80s. We have come a LONG way from that when it comes to AI generated voices. So I am very disappointed in what I consider a lack of ethics. Especially since people using this extension are probably doing so out of a need due to a disability.
  • (2025-07-16) Pradyumna Kumar Mallick: A very very very very very useful and lovely app will surely donate on my first salary. So generous that includes free voice models also. May be you are rich but nice ^v^ -\0_0/-
  • (2025-07-16) Demonta M: A must have extension and tool. It makes it so easier to stay focused on long content. I am glad I have it on my laptop and my mobile phone.
  • (2025-07-15) Freddy B.: I 100% recommend. Very useful Tool. 👍
  • (2025-07-15) Jose Carlos Caporal Junior (Caporal): I am using for training. Helps to memorize when I listen while I read.
  • (2025-07-13) Nguyen Minh: This is adroit in diverse English contexts
  • (2025-07-10) Kaitrex ➓: It read everything EXCEPT for the text. Only read the headers and title.
  • (2025-07-10) Marina Hovakimyan: Unexpectedly good! Useful and precise
  • (2025-07-10) sakshi karanjkar: Best one I've used so far. Just don't remove it from chrome or discontinue it, please. Keep the free version basic as it is. Will do.
  • (2025-07-08) Eugene: It works as expected. Thanks!
  • (2025-07-07) Punit Jaiswal: It's pretty good. They could work upon the random pause in between and sometime even after sentence. It makes it feel a bit off. Otherwise it would be a 5.
  • (2025-07-07) Alisa Victory: The free version is very good. The premium feature is excellent.
  • (2025-07-06) Yo Landa: after 5 minuted it turned out all the voices are paid. impossible to find any free voice
  • (2025-07-05) Mike Backs: you hacve to paid a crazy amount of money if you want to use it... It's only a 5 min free trail then you must pay. and it's not worth it.
  • (2025-06-30) Brandon Mccoy: so far it works great 2 days in
  • (2025-06-29) Jonathan L: not fast enough
  • (2025-06-26) Ben Duitsman: good
  • (2025-06-26) Jeff Onam: great and fluid translation.
  • (2025-06-24) Michael Whitney: Still has a way to go before it sounds natural, but beats Apple's built-in reader by a mile.
  • (2025-06-23) Natalie Rae Spittell (Nona): Natural Reader is an essential part of my online education experience. Digital textbooks are fantastic for on the go, but also equally disastrous for anyone who is both a full time student while also being a full time worker on a PC. After a while, you just can't stare at the screen any longer. Natural Reader saved me. Not only does it read the textbooks with a more human sounding voice, but it provides me a dark mode reading pane that is a huge relief to my eyes. Using this product has reduced how many migraines I get. I was excited to get it on my phone, however, I have no idea how I'm supposed to operate it there. Definitely keeping an eye out for more of a demonstration of how to get it working on my phone. Thank you for all that you do.
