Google Tone
Sugározzon bármilyen URL-t a hallótávolságban lévő számítógépekre.
A Google Tone bekapcsolja számítógépe mikrofonját (amikor a bővítmény be van
kapcsolva), és a számítógép hangszóróit használja URL-ek cseréjére az internetkapcsolattal rendelkező,
egymáshoz közeli számítógépek között. A Google Tone segítségével elküldheti
bármely weboldal URL-jét – legyen szó hírekről, képekről, dokumentumokról, blogbejegyzésekről,
termékekről, YouTube-videókról, receptekről vagy akár keresési eredményekről. A
hallótávolságon belül lévő összes számítógép (beleértve a telefonos vagy Hangout-beszélgetést is), amelyen
telepítve és BEKAPCSOLT állapotban van a Google Tone bővítmény,
megkaphatja a Google Tone értesítéseit.
A Google Tone használatához be kell jelentkeznie Google-fiókjába, és
Google-profiljának neve és képe meg fog jelenni az URL mellett
a Google Tone-értesítésekben.
Ahhoz, hogy a Google Tone bővítménnyel fogadhasson URL-eket, a Chrome-nak bekapcsolva kell tartania
a mikrofont. Előfordulhat, hogy a Google Tone nem működik zajos helyen, nagyobb távolságból,
nem megfelelő internetkapcsolat mellett, mikrofon nélküli,
illetve olyan mikrofonnal rendelkező számítógépen, amely nem képes a Google Tone hangjainak észlelésére.
A Google Tone telepítésével elfogadja a Google Általános Szerződési Feltételeit és
Adatvédelmi irányelveit: https://www.google.com/intl/hu/policies/. A Google Tone
a névtelen felhasználói adatok gyűjtését a Google Adatvédelmi irányelveinek megfelelően
végzi.

tried this on like 5 different computers all of them showed "tone couldn't hear itself"

I didn't like it because there is no option to deactivate the constant listening. I am not comfortable with this extension being constantly listening to sounds around me. I would rather activate it manually when someone is braodcasting an url.

I couldn't find somewhere to submit a bug report so I'll put this her. After it broadcasts the url it plays a ~17 kHz tone for a couple seconds which is painful.

I like this extension, it feels like the future. It's also a creative use of technology, kind of like it was created "just to be creative" I love that Google are developing technology that is re-inventing our world but also creating things that are fun and playful.

Google Tone is fantastic when it works! As a teacher, I am constantly pushing out websites for my students to visit. Tone saves me TONS of time in class copying/pasting URL's for students. However, Tone frequently stops transmitting. If I restart Chrome, Tone is back up and running! Please, please, please work out the bugs. This is a wonderful teaching tool!
