Google Tone은 사용 설정되면 컴퓨터의 마이크를 켜서
컴퓨터의 스피커를 사용하여 인터넷에 연결되어 있는 주변의
컴퓨터와 URL을 교환합니다. Google Tone을 사용하여 뉴스 기사,
사진, 문서, 블로그 게시물, 제품, YouTube 동영상, 요리 레시피 등
웹페이지의 URL뿐만 아니라 검색결과의 URL까지 보낼 수 있습니다. Google Tone
확장 프로그램이 설치 및 사용 설정되어 있으며 소리를 인식할 수 있을 만한
거리(휴대전화나 행아웃을 통한 연결 포함) 내에 있는 컴퓨터는 Google Tone 알림을
받을 수 있습니다.
Google Tone을 사용하려면 Google 계정에 로그인해야 하며
사용자의 Google 프로필 이름과 사진이 URL과 함께 Google Tone
알림에 표시됩니다.
Google Tone으로 URL을 수신하려면 Chrome에서 마이크를 켠 상태로 둬야
합니다. 소음이 많은 공간이나, 거리가 멀거나, 인터넷 연결 상태가 좋지 않거나,
마이크가 없거나, Google Tone이 브로드캐스트하는 사운드를 감지할 수 없는
마이크가 장착된 컴퓨터에서는 Google Tone이 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

- (2019-05-08) Angela Ackley: Google Tone is fantastic when it works! As a teacher, I am constantly pushing out websites for my students to visit. Tone saves me TONS of time in class copying/pasting URL's for students. However, Tone frequently stops transmitting. If I restart Chrome, Tone is back up and running! Please, please, please work out the bugs. This is a wonderful teaching tool!

- (2019-03-05) This app is a funny way to troll my friends and for them to troll me (only a little). Although we sometimes use it for stupid things like trapping eachother on tabs, its very useful for facebook and sharing youtube videos.
