- Most tools I use offer at least a partial refund for accidental renewals, especially when you barely use the service. CSS Peeper doesnāt. Their strict āno refundā policy is outdated and unfair. Very disappointing.

- This extensionās business model seems to depend on people forgetting to cancel the trial. Once you're charged, thereās absolutely no refund ā even with almost zero usage. This is not fair or ethical in any way.

- Be careful with this extension. The trial ends without any proper reminder, and youāll get charged immediately. Even if you contact them right away, they refuse refunds. This feels like a trap more than a real trial.

- CSS Peeper has one of the worst refund policies Iāve encountered. Accidentally renewing after barely using the service should not result in a full charge with no flexibility. This approach shows zero care for customers.

I tried the paid version for only one day during the trial, then forgot to cancel before it ended ā and the moment the trial expired, they charged me the full amount. When I contacted their support immediately, they completely refused to refund the payment, even though I barely used the service. Their refund policy feels unfair and customer-unfriendly, and the way the trial is handled gives the impression that they rely on users forgetting to cancel in order to make money. Many other services offer transparent reminders and flexible refunds for accidental renewals, but CSS Peeper chooses not to. I donāt recommend this extension to anyone ā the billing and refund practices are disappointing, and customers deserve better.

I reached out for support right away, expecting basic understanding and a standard refund for an obvious accidental renewal ā but they completely refused. This shows a major lack of transparency and customer care. Most professional services honor refund requests when thereās almost no usage, but CSS Peeper chose not to. Itās very disappointing to see a tool rely on strict auto-charging instead of fair treatment and real support. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

Instead, CSS Peeper chooses to ignore the situation and keep the payment. This is not how a customer-focused company should operate.

- CSS Peeper is convenient for inspecting styles, but it comes with serious security tradeoffs: -Its CSP choices open it up to code injection vulnerabilities. -It has access to sensitive local services (localhost). -It can send data to external servers, including its own. -It can potentially see your browsing history. Since the extension can inject scripts and exfiltrate data, if itās ever compromised (supply chain attack, malicious update), it could be weaponized very quickly. The localhost access + weak CSP makes this plugin a serious risk - sensitive development environments, API keys, or private projects could be exposed.

- Looks solid at first but a lot of outdated and lackluster features. for one yo ucant export to css variables, only sketch.. i mean who uses sketch in 2025? Only Pixel is shown for text font size, there should be a button to convert to different formats or atleast show what the actual website used, dont make everything pixels. There's also no class export system, why not have all the detected tag styles exportable as classes? so many ways this would have been perfect for me, but it isnt.
