• (2024-01-07) Janet Townsend: Update, Jan 2024: been using a few months now with no problems whatsoever watching BBC/ITV, did have a little glitch in it working, just removed it from browser and reinstalled and all worked well again, if BBC asks if you have a licence just click yes!! FYI, I'm in Canada Works well, is much easier than the VPN's I have used over the years where you have to change all the settings in your device. As for people complaining about having to pay, you have to pay for all VPN's, a service is being provided I am not sure why anybody would think it would be free. It would be nice if we could also get Channel 5 but no complaints here
• (2023-08-28) Carmen Ford: This is a paid subscription that I was aware of prior to paying for it. Prefer if the customer portal was better flushed out and an option of either 3/6 or 12 month options. Customer service (George) has been very helpful and allowed me to continue to enjoy UK content. True, you do need to create a BBC account and an ITX account, but it was relatively simple. As the writer's strike continues, quality content is harder to find and this extension allows us to enjoy the best available. One comment and not sure if Beebs can assist is that sometimes if using Chromecast the screen shows ready to cast, but when casting it will not appear on the TV screen. Airplay seems ok but stutters sometimes, I'm just putting that down to an older MAC. Thought Chromecast and a Chrome extension might work better together. Maybe a licensing/VPN thing?
• (2023-06-27) Jordie Yow: It might work well, but I am not paying for an annual subscription to find out. Doesn't mention any payment up front either. I would have paid for a month to see if it worked, but not $76 up front.

I have had Beebs for many years now and I can really recommend it. It works really well and the team are really good. • (2023-01-01) Mon H: I absolutely love having Beebs! I can watch my programs even though we moved far, far away from the UK. They have an amazing customer service 5*! They always replied to my query very quickly and they genuinely wanted to help, specifically George was ever so helpful. Yes, you do have to pay for subscription, but it would not break your bank. I also got a month free trial, so I could try the service before I decided to subscribe to it. If you are missing UK dramas, soaps whatever, for me this works wonders. I would definitely recommend to try it.

• (2022-12-05) Nicholas Ellison: If you want UK TV, this is the solution for you! It's easy and much more reliable than the VPNs I've tried. iPlayer/ITV+/All 4 + Beebs + Airplay means you can watch TV as though you're in the UK. I highly recommend Beebs

• (2022-10-18) Maia Santos: The best BBC and ITV VPN out there. I have tried several ones and this is by far the best one. It's the most reliable and it's not slow (as some of the other VPN's do). A tip when you use it for the BBC: you need to create an account and when the popup window asks you if you have a TV license you need to enter 'YES' (this is very important and it won't work if you do not enter that). As for ITV you need to create an account where you enter a valid UK address, once you have done that you have access to all the content.

• (2022-02-14) Jayson Elliot: Does not work without a BBC license, which you can't get in America Beeb charges a premium price to use this extension, and doesn't have any way to cancel your subscription. I had to do a chargeback on my credit card and ban them from billing me in the future. This extension is useless, because you still have to pay the BBC to use their iPlayer, and they won't let you pay if you're not in the UK. This extension does NOT solve that problem. This should be banned from the Chrome store as a scam.

• (2021-07-27) Gibran Zarzar: This is a paid subscription service, but for what it's worth it is still much cheaper than paying the options. To address the problem that live tv gets stuck, yes it does. But to be fair BBC and ITV are trying to fight of services like these. When it does get stuck, it usually gets back up and running after 5 minutes. Another issue that needs to be brought up is the customer portal. This is where you click to cancel, renew or change your subscription. A lot of reviews are saying that it leads to a dead page. I tried cancelling my subscription and it did! But as patient as I am, I kept pressing the customer portal until I got access to my info and eventually cancelled my subscription. So would I recommend? Yes and no... it would be a good service for watching iPlayer and ITV Hub movies and series, but still needs more work if this is going to be a paid service
