• (2023-01-29) o0oOoO00O o0OoO0: 使用的效果还是比较满意的。我通过这个工具再某个网站筛选了几十个关键词，符合我的预期。 我需要经常对多个特定网站使用这个插件，所以我设置了“save words”，“toggle extension”，并且没有更改chrome的默认设置“允许访问所有的网站”，导致的结果就是：打开YouTube，bilibili等视频网站的时候，会严重卡顿，视频无法流畅的播放。 我对电脑不是很精通，我唯一能确定的是关闭这个插件就可以让这些视频网站恢复正常，我不知道这算是设计上的一点缺陷，还是我使用方式有问题。

Unfortunately, enabling "Auto-Rehighligh" (sp) causes web pages to load very slowly, incompletely, and/or not at all. This is especially noticeable on sites like Zendesk, YouTube, and YouTube Music. Having to manually refresh on every page is sadly a dealbreaker, as my team was hoping to use this to help out with our ticketing systems. The extension would also greatly benefit from being able to choose your own colors, and it would also be fantastic if colors were to show up on the scroll bar like when searching with ctrl+f :) If the first issue were resolved, this would be an easy 4 or 5 star. Definitely a 5 with all three!

It's sticky (when "fixed wordlist" checked) so remains working across websites until you remove the highlights. Would be nice perhaps to have the option to choose the colours used. "Delimiter" doesn't work for me, would be nice to have phrase searching and wildcards (or even regex). Good job, thanks.

  Problem: when I tried to enter words in text box of watsapp web, the words are getting deleted/erased. I figured out that when Auto-Rehighligh is checked, this problem occurs. If the Auto-Rehighligh is unchecked, then watsapp web text box is working normal. for eg. the words entered in multihightlight are ice gelato. when i try to type ice in chat box of watsapp web, its deleting automatically.   If Auto-Rehighlight is enabled and you stream anything on youtube.com (or music.youtube.com) the extension gets into a crawl, the CPU usage goes way up, nearing 100%. If it is not possible to distinguish whether the "content change" is textual or some kind of streaming content, then it would be good to have an input field in the settings window, a blacklist to list sites where the extension would not work. That list by default should include youtube.com (and maybe other streaming sites as well).

  The extension version is 2.10.0. When refreshing a page or moving to another page does not reflect the highlight. Have to turn it off and on to reflect every time.

  When deleting everything from the extension's text entry field (you don't want to highlight anything, so clear all words from the text field) and click on the page to hide the pop-up window, then the extension's pop-up breaks down when opening it again; its width becomes extremely narrow. And also the extension stops working entirely, even reloading the page does not help - you have to uninstall the extension for it to work again.

  I have some ideas to further improve this already brilliant extension: (in order of importance): ***total number of hits (in the pop-up, but optionally also as an overlay over the extension icon) ***ignore diacritics option (i.e. motor=motör – öüóőúéáűí=ouooueaui) ***navigation between hits (i.e. pressing Enter or any other key to jump to the next/previous hit) ***navigating between particular search terms (i.e. jump to the next/previous occurrence of the selected search term, e.g. by any subsequent click on the word would take you to its next occurrence; shift+click to get to the previous occurrence of the clicked word) ***open extension pop-up not relative to its icon placement on the toolbar, but next to the right edge of the browser window (not covering the scroll bar).
