Extremely helpful. It is so sad that for simple basic functions with enormous potential for making workflows easier are not implemented natively. Still sorrow for losing TabMixPlus in Firefox.

SO thankful that this exists!

god bless you! on a mac, using steermouse, and redefined shortcut = perfection- hint: bind to the middle mouse wheel button if your mouse has one!

it was a great minimum viable extension - just did one thing and did it well. stopped working recently on arc browser (chromium based).

Thank you so much for making this. As a long time Firefox user, the lack of this feature always kept me away from Chrome. It blows my mind Chrome has not added this functionality.

I've wanted this feature for a long time ... this is a simple and perfect solution!
Larry Mb7C
So simple and so indispensable. I use it ALL the time, especially filling out a form and looking up the info in another tab. I had to create another Chrome user which no longer had this extension and then I realized how much I need it.

One of the things that divides browsing experience into before and after.

GOAT of tab plugins, huge timesaver.

Amazing extension that should be a default feature. It is fantastic when looking things up, or inputting data.

Works great. But sometimes when I press cmd + A, it also switches to previous tab for some reason. Any ideas how to fix it?

It works perfectly! I recall using a similar extension with the same functionality before it broke. I had also set Ctrl + Q as a shortcut.

Good job, but chrome recently released the tab group. The current tab switching does not support tab switching within a group.
FamKis
Awesome! I have been looking for something like this for years.
Rok Pergarec
Not working with "saved group tabs" feature. Otherwise great utility extension
Ivan Ari Di Paolo
Not working on the new update of grouped tabs with save groups active.
Michele Wonder
Totally love this extension and simply can't work without it. Found an issue with recent Chrome Updates. Stops working when using Google Chrome Tab Groups that are saved. If I don't save the tab group I can Previous Tab per my keyboard shortcut, however the second I turn on Save Tab Group it stops working.

Thanks , your are smarter then google chrome devs
techy
perfect for my worklow. easy toggle between 2 tabs

Works as expected, fast, easy, just like a setting was switched in chrome. Bob Dylan reviewed saying, "It seems it no longer switches between tabs if they're in different tab groups." I just tested and it does switch between tab groups, and between one tab group and a tab outside of a group. Since they said it "stopped working" I can't say for sure it'll stay but for me, at least so far, it works perfectly! Suggestion: It would be great if there were a function where we could press another button to switch to the third-last-used tab and the ones before it, possibly using the 3 button then 4 button and so on, or just one to keep switching backwards in history.
Nick Thompson
A needed function. Works just as expected. Thank you to the developers for making this.
Bob Dolan
This used to work great, but it stopped working. It seems it no longer switches between tabs if they're in different tab groups. Anyone else finding that?

Couldn't use Chrome (or Edge) without this. Does one thing, does it well.

Super simple but we can't change the shortcut, if the users prefer with CTRL + TAB? It is default for Firefox and other browser as opera.

This is very useful extension but unfortunately doesn't work when you have two separate Chrome windows... Seems like it works within one instance of Chrome and doesn't remember the "previous" tab in the other browser instance... I hope this can be fixed.
