  • (2023-10-03) Chris Paton: Couldn't use Chrome (or Edge) without this. Does one thing, does it well.
  • (2023-08-29) Adriano Silveira: Super simple but we can't change the shortcut, if the users prefer with CTRL + TAB? It is default for Firefox and other browser as opera.
  • (2023-08-16) Core Jel: Very Good.
  • (2023-08-05) Goran Angelkovski: This is very useful extension but unfortunately doesn't work when you have two separate Chrome windows... Seems like it works within one instance of Chrome and doesn't remember the "previous" tab in the other browser instance... I hope this can be fixed.
  • (2023-06-27) Renato Gyuris: No permissions, free. Thank you!
  • (2023-06-26) Jiahao W: Didn't work at the beginning. I was wondering why because it's 5-star and everyone in the comments were satisfied. Took a while and it suddenly started to work. Okay, cool!
  • (2023-03-28) Nikolaus Ringe: this one is working so far
  • (2023-01-31) Paul Shorey: Probably the most useful little tiny extension. Does one thing. Goes to your previously viewed tab (that is still open). I don't like the default keyboard shortcut, so I changed it to Cmd+E at: chrome://extensions/shortcuts - Chrome's extensions keyboard shortcuts page is kind of hard to find, so remember that link, or go to all installed extensions then click the hamburger icon at the top left.
  • (2023-01-23) Peanut: It would be even better if we could use the new link as the nearest tab. For example, click on a link in Google search with ctrl. You can then use this extension to navigate to a newly opened link page.
  • (2023-01-15) Damian / DohShinobi: Very useful extension! Thanks a lot dev!
  • (2022-11-07) Evgeny Groshev: On the money! Does exactly what's needed - no more, no less! Many thanks!
  • (2022-10-28) Francis Bourassa: Awesome feature. Any chance you could make this extension available for Microsoft Edge?
  • (2022-10-20) Samuel Beer: Should finally be integrated to chrome so I can use it with Ctrl+Tab (much like in VSCode)
  • (2022-09-20) 이우진: good !! l love you
  • (2022-09-15) Peter Mescalchin: Essential extension. Really should be just part of Chrome as a standard hotkey/function - but this does what I need - use it all the time.
  • (2022-09-12) Gustavo Draghi: Awesome!
  • (2022-09-12) Walter Tross: Works just fine. In chrome://extensions/shortcuts I changed the Mac keyboard shortcut to ⌘-A, which is more natural for my fingers.
  • (2022-09-07) Tom McDevitt: Didn't work. Easy 1-star review.
  • (2022-09-04) Michael Zhao: very useful.
  • (2022-08-25) Rafael Queiroz: Extensão muito boa!
  • (2022-08-24) Arif Diggi (angelArif): lifeChanging, i have dozens of tabs and sometime i need to switch to other tab to take note of something and i have to search again for the tab i was on, this extension is super duper useful :)
  • (2022-08-07) It's FREE, perfect.
  • (2022-07-24) Éris Alves: Is good, but this is better https://www.autocontrol.app/ I used only on windows, i dont know if works on linux, but is beter on windows (CTRL+TAB to last used tab) https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/autocontrol-keyboard-shor/lkaihdpfpifdlgoapbfocpmekbokmcfd
  • (2022-07-14) Elvin Aslanov: Awesome, thanks, such a useful function to be supported natively by Chrome (and other web browsers as well). Made me tweet about that: https://twitter.com/rwp_0/status/1547630063880790020
  • (2022-06-28) Mateusz Czubak: Works really great. Go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts to change the shortcut.
  • (2022-04-12) Sylvain NEVEU: Vraiment très utile et parfaitement fonctionnel. Il est possible de changer le raccourci en allant sur chrome://extensions/shortcuts (impossible de changer dans les options de l'extension directement)
  • (2022-03-04) Jeff Wu: just works
  • (2022-02-22) Robert Yang: No permissions needed. Not saying that other extension developers are malicious actors, but if you're working on proprietary info through your Chrome browser, then this gives you that peace of mind. Note to developer: if you intend to make feature enhancements, please maintain your no-permissions-needed feature. Thank you! There are other shortcut extensions that also do not require permissions to use. - Tab Pinner (Keyboard Shortcuts) - Duplicate Tab Shortcut Unfortunately, if you want one that does multiple functions without permissions needed, that seems a little harder to find. I'd assume if you're making an extension to customize multiple functions, then you'd just go the whole nine yards and allow control over as many things as you can, which would enter into permissions territory.
  • (2022-01-29) Ivan Risk: Спасибо за расширение! Странно, что такой фичи нет в самом браузере.
  • (2021-12-24) Kenan Yusuf Temel: It could include a few basic things for example 'previous 10 tab activity'. Anyway it works, thank you!
  • (2021-12-24) 케일: 내가 찾던 앱입니다. 감사합니다.
  • (2021-12-14) Tahir Gunduz: happier than ever
  • (2021-12-13) Md Shahriar Hossain Sajib: It works perfectly without any problem. I even tested closing previous tabs and found out that it maintains the stack of previous tabs perfectly. It works on both my MacOS and Linux unlike another extension that doesn't work properly in my Linux. Feature request: Since it maintains a stack, digging deep into previous tabs and keep on going backwards would be nice to have. You can have two separate shortcuts to move back and forth in the stack.
  • (2021-11-22) Tiago França Fernandes: great
  • (2021-11-13) Brennende Herz: It's a shame that Chrome and Chromium don't allow this by default. This extension is very helpful though it provides new shortcut for LRU tab.
  • (2021-11-09) Daniil Chuvashev: Really helpful!
  • (2021-10-26) Boboc Răzvan-Marius: I use it on a daily basis to get tasks done fast! Thanks a lot!
  • (2021-10-18) Ilya meekot: То, что нужно
  • (2021-10-11) Czerex: as it says
  • (2021-09-29) Ануарбек Закирьянов: So simple and helpful.Works as expected. Big Thanks!
  • (2021-09-29) Young Jin Roh: Best ever! change shortcut Ctrl-X seems easier to click chrome://extensions/shortcuts
  • (2021-09-25) Константин Ежов: Просто и без гирь наворотов - то, что надо. Клавиши "Ctrl" и "Q" рядом. Не разводит на разрешение включения шпионских функций.
  • (2021-09-17) Hassan Khademi: it works! thank:)
  • (2021-09-08) Saurabh Chauhan: Even works with two separate windows! Important feature: You can change the keyboard shortcut by visiting chrome://extensions/shortcuts I use Cmd+Q on my Macbook.
  • (2021-09-05) Mike Krier: But why can't I change the keyboard mapping? Alt-Q seems to be the obvious mapping.
  • (2021-08-13) Jackie Li: Was using Recent Tabs, then it stopped working. This just works
  • (2021-07-17) Andrii Mur: Perfectly minimalistic, has no clutter. does it's job Well ^_^

  • (2021-06-02) Emad Khalid: Simple and works.
