    Hi Support, I need your help please. My phone extension is incorrectly linked to my email address at my company. I followed the instruction but I did not realized that the Code that I received was linked to my friend’s extension, Eric Silva - 7128, as you can see on the image below. At the moment, every time I click on any Lead’s or contacts phone number inside Zoho CRM, my friends Eric’s phone will ring, which is not right. 1) Can you please change to my extension is 7182. And my email is [email protected] 2) Please change the extension and also, where can I go to generate more codes for my colleagues phones that would like to use gUnify with ZOHO CRM? 3) Do you have an interface that I can go and manage the emails and extensions of our Vonage and gUnify account? 4) Also, can gUnify work with Zoho Service, for our support team be able to make and receive calls with Zoho?
