- (2023-10-24) Clemens Ratte-Polle: no option to save all open windows at once? This also only under 1 date Tab in saved sessions? The saved sessions must be collapsable.
The multi-selection via shortcut key Shift is missing, however it is not bad because the "select all" key is present and the multi-selection and "remove" key are still present; present a search bar; open/close window; save window and saved windows section; exports in .txt format, but windows cannot be imported; present dark/light mode.
- (2022-12-30) Kristen Zabrowski: My most used & most appreciated extension. My workflow would now be pretty significantly disrupted if it were to disappear on me at this point. If you're like me, with the tendency to open so many damn tabs at once that not is the title no longer visible but neither is the emoticon/logo, making it nearly impossible to efficiently navigate between them without having the game-changing ability to see all of my tabs in list form, broken up by window. I have tried more tab manager extensions than I can count, and this one simply serves its intended purpose better than any of the others I have tried. There are a few nitpicky things about it that aren't ideal: * the one glaring downside IMO is that there is no ability to select multiple tabs at once, other than with the checkboxes—meaning, no "control + click" or "click-shift-click" to select a group of tabs at the same time. the only major frustration that I ever encounter using this extension is when I'm trying to go down the list clicking many check boxes at once only to accidentally click one of the tabs, sending me to an unintended tab & erasing all of the checkbox ticking I just did. this extension would be damn near perfect if I could shift-click to numerous tabs at once * moving tabs between windows or further up/down the same window if it has a lot of other tabs open in it can be a bit tedious. when dragging a tab to move it around, you can only move it as far up or down as fits in the pop up box without scrolling, so you have to move it as far as you can, go over to the scroll bar to move it to the top or bottom of the box, then drag it as far as possible again, repeat as many times as necessary Those two points aside, there are many things I love about this extension that make it stand out: * the ability to see which tabs are currently playing audio & being able to mute tabs from the pop up box * the tab/session saving feature is straight forward & easy to navigate, plus I appreciate having the ability to rename saved tab groups * dark mode! * no limit to amount of tabs/sessions you can save * instantaneous/seamless saving of tabs/sessions (no glitching/freezing, even when saving massive batches of tabs)
- (2022-12-08) 27 LEE: There is no problem except that you can export but not import
- (2022-11-30) Danielle DAHYOT: Super extension de gestion des onglets ! Très pratique, simple & très bien pensée. Bravo à l'éditeur
- (2022-04-25) Xalomon: Saved sessions aren't loaded suspended, so if there's too many tabs they fill your memory, hang your browser, crash your system, and eat your children! Well, not the last part, but close a window with many tabs and use recently closed to restore them to see how this should have worked, but didn't.
- (2022-02-08) Duayne Draffen: Very nice extension and I'm very appreciative of all the hard work you have put into creating, testing and improving it. So, my one little nitpick is that when I search for a tab, say "gmail," and find it, I can't go directly to that tab by clicking on it. which is the main reason I searched for it. Or, am I missing something? Thanks! EDIT -- Okay, it seems that "live" clickable tabs exist only in the currently active open window, so it takes two or three more steps after the search to open the tab I wanted.
- (2021-08-07) Rogerio M. Souza: Very very good. Excellent UI/UX. But where the sessions are stored? And is there how to be in the cloud?
- (2021-07-29) carlos Quintana: no me carga
- (2021-07-26) Moncho B: Muy útil cuando tienes muchas pestanas abiertas, para encontrar una en concreto. Funciona muy rápido y es bonita
- (2021-03-25) George N: SO close! I regularly go through the tab manager plugins on the Chrome web store to see if anything new has come up that fits my needs better, because I've never quite found one to replace my old choice for tab manager extension that is now unsupported. This could've been it -- it looked like all the functionality was there; I would've preferred an option to "slim down" the UI a bit and have narrower tab and window title rows, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. I got really excited when I popped it out to a new window and saw that I could create *two* pop-out windows, so I could work with them "Norton Commander"/"Total Commander"-style. But, alas, I tried to move a tag to a different window by dragging a tab from one SplitUp window to another, and it didn't move the tab -- just gave me a weird cosmetic error, and didn't move the tab. This would make all the difference for people with *lots* of open windows and tabs at a time, that are looking to organize them but would have to do a LOT of scrolling to move tabs otherwise.
- (2021-03-13) Party Pat: The UI is terrible, not my type.
- (2020-12-06) Geoff Speedie: Loving it so far. NEEDS a few changs tho. it NEEDS right click options. for example check boxes: all to the up/down. It needs ability, with ctrl, alt or whatever to select multiple tabs to checkmark many at once. just like how you use CTRL and SHIFT to select groups of files. NEEDS to be double click to go to page, versus just a single click. its annoying af. and bc you have the checkmarks, its easy to misclick and then get lost.
- (2020-08-16) Михайло «Draconov»: best and simple
- (2020-02-08) davey articuno: won't install fully, disables immediately says it's corrupted
- (2019-11-22) bloodys spammers: *** DEVELOPER FEEDBACK! *** :D Dragging and Dropping is a MAJOR issue. Pet hate. Small but significant! Need to collapse all tabs in Window 3, so you can focus on Window 1 + 2. Or Collapse Window 2 + 3, and only look at Window 1. Labeling Windows important! e.g. #1. WORK. #2. PHOTO & MEDIA. #3. JUNK Plus colour-coding INSIDE the tab manager pop-up is important! Please add so you know which tab is which without having to read the Window Label (once feature added). Please have setting so colours do not change on each launch! Please allow Multiple Select a RANGE of Tabs! Shift Click and Click = All between both clicks. Then Ctrl Click, Click, Click can also multi-select non-sequential items, without opening anything or losing large selection. :D
- (2019-11-20) Laura Timmel: What it does, for the most part it does well. Being able to mute tabs right from the extension window is a really nice touch, as is the fuzzy search. Auto light/dark mode is great (though, with my browser set to dark mode and the extension opening in dark mode, when I hover over the toggle, it says "Switch to dark mode" but actually turns on light mode). The only core feature that doesn't work very well is moving tabs between windows. Dragging a tab to the top or bottom of the window doesn't make it scroll, so if you have a lot of tabs, you might have to drag and drop a tab, scroll, and then drag and drop it again to get it where you want it to go. This extension is lightweight, which is great, but there are a few missing features I really miss. There's no way to collapse windows. You can't name windows or groups except when you save them as sessions. Tabs have checkboxes so that you can select multiple tabs at once, but shift-click doesn't allow you to select a range of tabs.
- (2019-08-10) Hosty: Dear Onar Alili, This is an okay extension, exept i need to see the URL of the link in the saved sessions. PLS FIX THIS.
- (2019-08-02) Ponniyinselvan Psyn: This is fun, super easy extension. Search, moving to a new window are very quick
- (2019-07-25) Michael Phillips: This is the best tab manager I have found so far. It makes it easy to save and restore tabs when needed. The only thing it is missing is the ability to sync across computers.
- (2019-03-27) Edward Hua: 设计挺可爱的~
- (2019-03-21) Ovi Hentea: Great alternative to 'Tabs Outliner', Dark Mode is a very nice touch!
- (2018-11-02) Khumar Musayeva: OMG, best tab extension I've ever used. If you also have to work toblerone tabs, this extension will save your time.
- (2018-11-01) Alex alex: Well, I have tested for many years many tab managers and this one is the easiest to use, it has many well integrated functions, good job
- (2018-02-26) Emin Ismayilov: I found it very helpful and organized! Thank you!!!
- (2018-01-27) Danielle Attinella: Love this extension! If you are like me you have a bajillion tabs open and find it difficult to organize since it's so packed the favicons aren't even visible anymore. This is super intuitive to use and allows you to see all your tabs in list form. I like to have one window for work related stuff, and one window for all the distractions. It's easy to switch between the 2 windows too. It's fun that the colors to organize each window changes each time you open it. I like how you're able to see what tabs are playing audio from the list and easily switch it off from the extension. And there's updates often!
