Install the Cytracom Click-to-Dial plugin to enable click-to-dial from web pages and inbound call notifications on your desktop.

Requirements:
User must have an assigned Cytracom extension

The plug-in is nothing like the pictures. It does not sync to nor access my Google Contacts. Very irritating. Can't use it!
This plugin is awesome! We use Google Contacts, so I can search and then click the phone number to dial. No more mis-dialed numbers.
