  • (2024-09-27) Randy Romanow: Actually, it does work. This extension adds an option to the context menu that allows you to create a bookmark for the page you are on with one click. It will save that bookmark in a folder called "Quick Bookmarks" under the "Other Bookmarks" folder. You must have access to this "Other Bookmarks" folder in order to see the bookmarks created by this extension. Perhaps the other reviewer did not look in the proper location, because it does, in fact, work. Although this extension has not been updated since 2017, it is the ONLY extension I could find that allows you to save a bookmark in the normal, native, Chrome bookmarks folders through the context menu. Believe me, I looked - if anyone knows of another, please do tell, because I can't find it. I decided to leave this review in case others are searching for this functionality - after reading the other reviews, I did not expect it to work, but I was desperate. I have a particular use case that requires the ability to right-click and save a bookmark, and I was out of options. This extension does the job.
