- This used to work, but doesn't seem to any longer. Just doesn't do anything at all, even when endnote is open. This is really unfortunate as it made writing papers much easier.

- It is just not working. On a facebook page I was able to open the pop-up windows and log in, but when I tried it on an actual site with a publication (pudmed, springer, etc) the windows just would not open. Spent half an hour trying and could not make it work. Please, fix it, it is unusable in the way it currently is.

- Temperamental. Works like 80% of the time. Then it will suddenly not work, no warning or anything. I have both the bookmark and plugin. The bookmark will still work even if plugin doesn't sometimes. If both don't work, I have to use it on my Safari or Torch. Might be a chrome/plugin compatibility error.

- I've used this extension to create some great research paper references. Going onto my MBA capstone, the extension quit working. This has created a lot of manual effort to add my references into my endnote. I wish the app developer would take action and get this to work again or provide a work-around.
