Stop Slide Scrolling in Google Presentation
Removes annoying accidental slide scrolling behavior in Google Drive Presentations, Drawings, Calendar, etc.
This extension stops the annoying accidental slide scrolling behavior in Google Drive, including presentations, drawings, calendar, and more. Fixes a terribly irritating problem where Google Drive Presentations automatically jump to the next slide unexpectedly, usually as a result of using the non-scroll-indexed devices like Apple Magic Mouse.
The extension will need to request permissions to fix the issue.

Had this for years, was cleaning out my Google plugins, removed this one cuz I'm not doing as much Slides work as I used to. As soon as I got back into Slides, I instantly just came back and re-added this. Amazing plugin. Deserves a spot if you do Slides work. Thank the Maker that this exists.

This is actually an option in Google Slides preferences now. No need for a plugin, but it does what it says it is supposed to do. Just go to "Tools" > "Preferences" > toggle "Do not change slide focus on scroll"

OMG, all the other side scroll stoppers don't seem to work with the 4 week display, but this one does, you have no idea how much I appreciate this!!

Simple and clean, works just as described, thank you!! However, the annoying behaviour still persists in presentation mode, could you maybe also address this in a future version? Pretty please?

Who ever created this is a saint... and an environmentalist. This has kept me from throwing the mouse, computer, keyboard, desk, and chair across the room greatly reducing material destined for the landfill.

Like the other reviews, this extension is now unusable for day to day work in spreadsheets. Please revert the way it handled other sites to how it was before. 2/5 until fixed, 5/5 otherwise. EDIT: Quick response by the developer to fix this issue basically overnight. Back to 5/5

This was great but as of today I have had to remove it as it has unfortunately just started stopping me scrolling on google sheets too.

Why the change? This was a fantastic extension for Google Slides, but now it affects all Google Sheets. I can no longer scroll when this in on. It took me 20 minutes to figure out why me Google sheets were no longer allowing me to scroll (waste of my time).
Was working great until today - now it's suddenly preventing me to use scroll in Google Sheets as well which is very annoying!
Incredible! My last 9 hours of frustration with slides jumping while putting together a presentation for tomorrow is now solved! I just wish I searched for this 8 hours ago so I could have shaved off an hour of me jumping between slides inadvertently.
