Notifies you in multiple ways to take breaks and helps you with eye exercises based on 20-20-20 rule and with lower back exercises.
If you are spending too much time in front of computers, your eyes are the ones that gets strained to the maximum. Taking breaks at regular intervals will help to ease this strain and to protect your vision. A good rule here is to follow 20-20-20 rule to keep your vision intact for a healthy future.
As per this rule, every 20 minutes, take your eyes off your computer and look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. eyeCare will remind you to take this break in multiple ways.

It's a great extension that every programmer should use to protect their eyes
It's a really good extension, it helped a lot since my work involves me being in front of the computer screen all day.....though if I might suggest changing the color of the Pop-up exercises page tab in the browser...it's like a flashbang since it's white and auto-tab, it kind of hurts the eye when you're focus on reading something

Hey can u also add a feature where the resting time timer is also addable? like when 20 mins are over u need to have 3-4 mins of rest or workout for eyes time then again the sound or notification comes that resting time over now the 20 mins stars again?
I believe I need this for myself quite a bit, I'm a computer addict like many others and this gives me the motivation to set reminders for myself to get up and move to give my body and my eyes a break. There's no reason not to get it. It's straight forward and very easy to use. (Though I do kind of wish we could set our own ring tones lol)

This extension works really well, thank you! It's much better than the other ones available on the Chrome store. I only wish that there was a way to customise the exercise page, like maybe changing the colour and the text.

Why after the amount of time you set it to (for the break) does it reset? That makes no sense! Fix please!

Great. It would be better if it can jump back to the previous tab when closing the pop up tab.
I am using this extension for years and I like it. But still there is one very basic bug that's not fixed yet. When it counts down to 20 minutes, it doesn't consider any 20 seconds break and restarts next 20 min countdown right away. I thought of making the timer for 20 min 20 seconds to avoid this issue, but unfortunately it allows 5 min increments only, which I don't understand why! I am cutting 1 star for the bug, and another star to get attention (if I can). Hopefully you solve the issue and compel me to give you 5 stars which you really deserve :)

Great app but would be nice if there was a volume control option for the sounds. I love the option to choose different sounds but the ding was too loud for me

Honestly, this app is better than all the other eye protection reminder apps on the Chrome Store, customizable and comes with helpful tips prompts. Its use is great beyond the price we pay, it's completely free, some people should be less demanding and complaining. :)

I really like this extension. I found out about it through a YouTube video and have used it for over a week now. I really like the eye exercises page and the ability to change how long I want to be staring at my screen. Since I am prone to migraines and have light sensitivity, I use this app daily. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because I wish the app would pause automatically when my Mac is sleeping. I constantly have to wake my Mac up to disable the app, and this will make me sometimes forget to re-enable it when I continue working. If the developer could fix that bit, this would be the perfect extension!
Size > 5.5 MB? Such a simple apps and taking so much size? Even apps like Kaspersky or IDM takes less than 1 MB. It simply shows the quality of coding that you guys follow. Uninstalled.
