Facewash allows you to create a list of keywords or phrases, and automatically removes any matching posts from your news feed.
To configure:
1) After installing the extension, go to chrome://extensions.
2) Click 'options' below Facewash.
3) Enter as many keywords or phrases as you like, and click 'Save'.
