Monitors your trades and offers, giving you desktop notifications whenever anything interesting happens!
This is the only official Outpost extension, which instantly alerts you via desktop notifications when you have new notifications on the website. In the background, the extension will poll for updates every 60 seconds, and show a small notification when you have new posts on your trades or replies to your offers!
This extension requires access to your cookies only on the Outpost network websites, as well as access to 'tabs' so that it can open trade pages when you click a button. We do not use this extension to access your browsing history at all - that's one of Chrome's permission system flaws.
We recently added trade offer scanning, which monitors your trade offers in the background and sends you notifications on-site and in the browser extensions when you receive new offers. We'll also analyse the incoming offers against your open trades and inform you whether they match.
Outpost for Chrome™ is currently available to all users of the website, and the only requirement is that you are logged in so that your notifications can be fetched. This means that you must stay logged in while your browser is open, otherwise you will not receive notifications as expected.

It is quite a helpful extension. I do have one question though. Must chrome be open for this to work?
No problems what so ever. I find it easy to use & I don't have to keep a tab open & refreshing it. Been using it ever since it came out.
dont work
Works somewhat ok, but I wish it made a sound when you got a notification, ingame I don't know I have an offer and then it's gone. Also, trade scanning does not work even though I'm logged in, which is disappointing since that was the main reason I got this.
Works fine, but I am having a problem. I enabled offer scanning and gave the permission it asked. But It still shows "Offer scanning: Error loading offers, are you logged in?". I'm already logged in to steam and outpost on the browser. Help?
Works fine, however alerts can clog up after a while, i.e. after trading with Bots from Scrap.tf or Markeplace.tf often. Perhaps an option to clear alerts or trade alert history would be beneficial.
Didn't know how to use this extension at first because the instructions are a bit unclear, it says that you need to be "logged in" but I was assuming that just meant being logged in to TF2outpost but it in fact meant you need to be logged in to steam on the browser. 4 stars because of this. Great extension otherwise.
Notifications won't go away, otherwise, it's great.

I love this, only problem Outpost is too complicated for me, I will never understand it lol, Still like it.
I love this it helps me alot when i am trading but i think it would be cool if you could add a way to reply near the notification also maybe a way to bump the trades
It's not working with Incognito mode, apparently.
It works but the button is way too ugly for me to use. I won't be using this.
Works great, sometimes notifications lag and show up an hour or so late. No complaints otherwise.
Great way to check out the tf2 trading community from time to time. Although until a recent update, you could click on the outpost icon and go directly to the website. That was useful, and would be a nice feature to see again.

This is great, but the before mention bump feature would be extremely useful & 5 minutes is a terrible refresh time, sadly. Still, this is good.

I really like it, it does help me keep track of comments or trades, but if the update rate was higher, I would love it then. About the bump feature which people ask for could be nice, like, make a bump button. But overall, I really like it, just make the update rate faster, then I would be happy with it. :)
The extension is really helpful. The only problem is the slow update rate. Also, as Aidan mentioned, a remote bump feature would be nice...
Biggest problem is that it doesnt update frequently enough so if Im waiting for a reply its not perfect and I still wind up reloading lots. A remote bump on trades from this extension would also be nice.
