Best customer support ever. The system is basic and works. If you need help to configure it Matthew is always there. He stepped me through everything. I love this app. It can be cusomized to do anything you want..works on your google calendar based on key words and can send emails or sms.

This has saved us so much time and has improved our "SHOW" rate and therefore our income. A larger than normal portion of our customers need reminders since their appointments are set so far in advance. This is sooo worth the money! It was very easy to set up and on line support is very helpful if you have any questions.

The best reminder software I have ever used. Customer service is 5 star. It's a little bit of work to set up but the live support is very helpful. Once everything is setup, everything is automatic. You just go about your business as you normally would. It's a big time saver!!! I love this app.

The app is great! We are a personal injury law firm and we use it to remind potential new clients of their upcoming appointments. It makes us look very professional to our clients, and it saves us from needing to call the potential clients the day before to remind them - something we weren't consistently getting done anyway. If you have questions during the initial setup, they have great customer support to help.

Five stars and two thumbs up for Ease of use of the program, innovation of very practical application, seamless integration with google calendar,and affordable terms. I would give 10 stars and four thumbs up, if I had them for your tremendous customer service, not only in addressing and resolving any issues but also in doing it an incredibly timely manner. I checked out at least 7 other reminder programs and yours is absolutely the best as are you. Totally customizable, easy to modify if needs arise. Very very reliable. Had one issue after 8 months of use (my goof up) and Matthew resolved it in under two hours after notification.. You just don't get that kind of responsiveness in most markets. My patients all love the reminders, whether by phone for the older gang that doesn't use smart phones as well as the rest who get email and text reminders! No more "I forgot about my appointment", so no more scrambling to find make up appointment or money left on the table. Can't say enough. It was such a relief for my new business to have found this program, saves me 45 minutes each work day, that's worth every penny!
Love the software and the fact that they will hold your hand when setting the service up initially.
This has helped my company be more efficient. We used to text manually no more, it's all automated. Saves time and no errors. It took a little bit of a learning curve to make the application work for our usage, but Matt (developer) was responsive via email. No phone calls though, which would have helped during the initial set-up.

This is the FIRST appointment reminder program that checked all of our boxes. It works off of google calendar, you don't need to add clients one by one- it pulls them from the calendar, there are several sending scenario options, the client can confirm through text or email and their response is shown IN google calendar, whaaaat?! AWESOME. Also, Matthew is super helpful, and seems like a pretty cool dude. We are a tattoo studio based in Canada, and even with the time difference have no troubles with communication / response time from Matthew. THANKS!!
