Maintain Mavenlink task permalinks in address bar to facilitate browser refreshes/restarts.

When a task is open, if you refresh or restart your browser, the page will no longer have your task open. This fixes that.

Also expands the task hierarchy when browsing directly to a task via link.

Also disables autocomplete for date fields.
