Opens PDFs on Moodle full screen, rather than the default tiny viewer

By default, when you click a link to a PDF on Moodle, the PDF itself is only displayed in a tiny section of the screen.
This extension converts these links to direct links to the PDF file itself, so when you click it you are shown the PDF in full-screen, without the annoying chrome around it.
