You can capture contact and profile information from users and automatically generate new leads in salesforce.com. You need to get your Organization ID from Salesforce before use it.

Step 1. Login your Salesforce Organization.
Step 2. Click Setup >> Company Profile >> Company Information.
Step 3. You will see a field name Salesforce.com Organization ID.
Step 4. Click Web to Lead for Salesforce tool and set your Salesforce.com Organization ID to Set Salesforce Organization ID page.
