- Max G
- Still can't log emails. extension is a joke. getting this error every time: This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. [Item context map must be passed] Failing descriptor: {markup://clients:contextLibraryLwc}

- Really cannot believe they haven't fixed the bug.
- Laura Futschik
- I love the functionality, but it hasn’t been working properly since the last updates. I’m no longer able to log my emails reliably.
- Peter Hansen
- Frequently has outages and no clear place for reporting these.
- Jeremy Moreno
- It is working really bad, and the new side panel actually sucks, never works properly and have to re load the page over and over.
- Radek Lamac
- It really sucks lately and is not dependant at all, same as Salesfoce, trying to charge you for literalyl everything and when the counts does not hit their targets they charge you for data limits etc etc , just using the power. Systems are good, however I would today definitely chose some other providers, just to try a dn give the chance to others.

- Was great, and then the new update came in and really doesn't work well for email sync (it's good for calendar sync) and now my email won't even connect at all. I just get error after error everytime. Example: "Failed to get item details from provider : caught An internal server error has occurred Error ID: 730438094-339782 (-1034929770)" It makes this unusable for email sync :(
- Federico López Myslicki
- Used to be great, most recent update broke it and is completely worthless now.
- Dominic Watts
- This Google add-one literally does what it says on the description, it enables selling where I'm working and saves a lot of time.
- Fernando Garza
- The version prior to the update was 100 times better. The new version continues to crash and has major glitches
- Jake Gutierrez
- Works great when it works. After the latest update, we have intermittent errors and sometimes users will have to go back into their sent email multiple times and click to log the email again. A frustrating, time-consuming experience. this is a common error --> "Error in $A.getCallback() [Cannot read properties of null (reading 'context')] Failing descriptor: {markup://clients:contextualEmailEventHome}" We've followed all the instructions spit out by the AI support agent to no avail.

- Possible solution to fix the non working plugin: In Salesforce => User Profile => Advanced User Details => revoke every "google - Lightning For Gmail" connection under the "Third-Party Account Links" category. This forces the user to re-link their google account to the salesforce plugin. Afterwards, the plugin worked again for the users in our organization.

- This extension has not been working at all, and it has really messed up my workflow. I can no longer associate emails with Salesforce records. This has really presented problems for my business. I hope Salesforce gets this figured out very soon.
- Raleigh Welch
- New update broke a functioning extension. It also seems to have removed the ability to click links to records from the email, which is pretty core to our workflow.
- Barrie Roberts
- The extension hasn't been working since Monday (6/10/25). When the extension is opened it shows this error message: "This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: -1034929770)". Over the weekend our org was updated to Winter 26, has this caused an issue? Our sales staff haven't been able to register any emails (Gmail) on our org.
- Rachel Papert
- Only works if you allow third party cookies which Chrome blocks.
- Arnaud Jeuland
- Awesome add-on, except for the part where it didn’t work for a few weeks. I cleared my cache and it’s working again.
- Sasha Hart
- Constantly getting "Error in $A.getCallback() [Cannot read properties of null (reading 'context')] Failing descriptor: {markup://clients:contextualEmailEventHome}". Please fix asap!
- Peter Steiner
- the new version is horrible, does not work properly and steales my time. Old version was great. Salesforce please fix/update the new version asap.
- Tom Clark
- Same. I thought I was going crazy and wasted many hours troubleshooting before I found this page. This feature is totally business-critical - my company is virtual and my team is scattered throughout the world. Salesforce please listen and resolve this as soon as possible; otherwise I will be seeking compensation.
- Leon Beckett
- Old version worked great, especially as I use Gmail and Google Calendar as an "App" on my Mac (URL -> Chrome Options -> Cast, Save and Share -> Install Page as App) to easily switch back and forth between my other applications, email and calendar. The new version, however, simply doesn't open or work in the "App" experience, meaning my productivity and way of working has plummeted. Please look into how you get the extension to work in the "App" experience!
- Sarah Owens
- Gmail extension was fine, but I was forced to update to this one that has errors 90% of the time.
- Ali Assaf
- Excellent tool to quickly capture and record emails in and out to SF
- Pooja -Kinam Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd

- Sebastian Wardi [MySpeaker Oy]
- The old version worked really well for many years but now the new version is full of bugs and the whole team is being affected and the data from logging is not reliable anymore. Please fix this as soon as possible. In addition, Calendar events is not supported in this new version.
- Dan Pedrero
- The latest version is super easy to use - great updates!!
- Curtis Sellon
- Been using the older one for years without issues. This new version does not allow any other records to be logged and only will allow a lead or a contact record to accept the activity. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
- Gabe Garbarino
- We use this exclusively for logging Gmail activity to Records. It worked pretty good before SF changed it to a dedicated Chrome Extension a few months ago. The extension worked well for 2 weeks until it didn't. No matter the TS steps, any attempt to record an email to a record results in this error "This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: -1046071845)" PLEASE FIX THIS!
- Massimo Sanchioni
- It could be even better than this, but it still changed my working life for the better. Thank you
- Denisha Phipps
- The extension is no longer working, which is not helpful to our staff who use it quite often for case management and donor management.
- Jessica Kelly
- This is the worst google extension I have ever used. The old version worked like a charm, and this latest update is truly terrible. I have to refresh my email and close and open the pinned extension bar 5 times each to get one email to upload and correctly log. Unreal that this hasn't been fixed as these bugs have been happening to me and my colleagues for 2 months consistently.
- Johann Romero
- Loved it!! It helps me to better log emails to my customer's engagement.
- Carly Eldstrom
- The new Chrome sidebar worked for my team for like a day and then we have been unable to use it since then. We get the 404 "URL no longer exists" error when we try to log in. For now we have had to uninstall it and continue using the within-Gmail plug-in, which works, which is why I'm giving two stars.
- Adam Baker
- An excellent and useful extension. The only reason this is not 5 stars is becasue it cannot be used by two different people on a shared email account. When tried, the extension bypassed security restrictions, and logged my coworker into my Salesforce account. If this is fixed it's an easy 5/5.
- Wayne Denman
- love it, absolutely brilliant
- Brandon Mann
- Loses connection to gmail daily.
- Jeanette Breton
- Thank you so much for offering this integration with Google! You have saved our nonprofit so much time.
- Thomas Sargent
- Solid. Occasionally has a bug, but on the whole, a great tool to use
- Jasper McElrath
- No longer working, "URL No Longer Exists" pop-up window. Does anyone know of any alternatives?
- David Brumley
- Breaks loading some sites. Took 5 hours of my life to figure out it broke chrome loading a letsencrypt site I had set up.
- Andrew Lieberthal
- Quirky at times but love the integration. Helps keep my SFDC up to date and leadership happy.
- Jim Craven
- It stopped working! The error message says "To add this email to Salesforce, we have to access your Google account. Give Salesforce access to Google?". Then, when I click OK, I get another error message in a big red box. I'm stuck in a never ending dead loop. Why?
- Karthik Kannan
- Awesome product, easy recommendation for any Sales rep.
- Nicky Picone
- Pretty good, I like how it logs attachments in Salesforce as well
- Kristen Stone
- This worked well and now that I've tried updating all I get is 404 errors and links that do not exist. Please fix ASAP!
- Cedrick Drice
- It is not working now URL No Longer Exists
- Humberto Ramos-Cazares
- Took a while to install, but works flawlessly now.
