Most recent version keeps having to sign in and reconnect with SF which makes using it really annoying!
Melody Echalico
Just kept on being disconnected every few days so I have to always refresh the set up. Otherwise, it is great when working properly
Tilly Pick
I love the integration overall for very many reasons. I just wish that it would not break on a regular basis, and me and/or our SF admin have to update the configuration to put it back together.
Beena Jacob
You need to reconnect every time you log in at least once a day - which is quite frustrating. There are also recurring Gmail integration issues, causing many emails not to be logged properly.
Kris Reiber
Being able to quickly and easily tag my alumni profiles is indispensable. This is a fantastic extension that has greatly simplified tracking my fundraising outreach. However, it is frustrating that I need to approve the connection between Salesforce and Gmail each day. If it was once a month or once per week, it needed to be reconfirmed for security purposes, I'd bump it up to 5 stars for sure.
Colin Dempsey
I absolutely love the Gmail integration that Salesforce offers! I have found that it allows me to streamline and become more efficient.
Aimee Syverson
Love it. Works great!
Shane Bernard
The new update that was released a few months ago has seriously hampered my experience with this plug in. It logs out everyday and I have to go through the process of giving Salesforce permission to access my gmail account everyday. It's very tedious and hoping it gets resolved soon.
Trevor Davis
This is nice, though if I want to emails to be added to something other than the account, I have to type it in, such as onboarding.
Jeff Nelson
I mean I like it and I'm not having any problems with it so far. Is that a problem?
Gwendolyn Buchanan
When it works it's really convenient. Unfortunately, it works inconsistently, and it slows Gmail down quite a bit, especially in longer threads.
Monty Lambie
This is a great tool to tag emails/calendar appointments to my projects and opportunities. Simple to use and has great features! I highly recommend!

Constant issues with salesforce gmail integration- identifying incorrect email addresses with un associated accounts. Always needing to reauthenticate. Overall many issues and using the extension requires constant coaxing to work well. Sales force support for these issues seems to be nonexistent. We have had to stop checking emails sent as a KPI as the extension can not reliably track and record email communication. 2/10 PLEASE FIX YOUR EXTENSION!

It's an essential add-on for my team. However, it's constantly requiring that I authenticate with Salesforce. It never used to do this and only recently started. It's minor but annoying. The new extension also does not work if you are using the Gmail app versus the Website. And to be fair I don't see any difference between them other than the placement of the extension in the side panel.
Anil Kotame
its a grate platform for email integration and work nicely
Brandon Religa
If you use your inbox to intake new leads, this is perfect and so easy to create accounts, contacts, and opportunities!
Taylor Catalon
"URL No Longer Exists". Uninstall, re-install. I will continually get this pop up. Cherry on top: it also says, "If you reached this page through a link on our site, please report the broken link directly to our Support Team and we will fix it promptly." The link also doesn't work.
Kati Myllyniemi
Easy way to keep my opportunities updated. I need to use the small icon on the extensions to keep it working. Helps me on my reporting and account updates.
Vrushab Simha
Easy to use and access
Holly Barnhart
This does not work!!!!!! Fix it!
Valeria Gonzalez
It generally works well. Sometimes it doesn't work even if you restart the browser.
Stephen Whelpton
It has a ton of glitches and bugs but it works ok like 60% of the time
Brad Elrod
Easy and good. That's all we ask!
Alejandro Francisco Verduzco
Great way to keep the opportunities updated!!!

The Salesforce Chrome / Gmail extension used to work. I have had it installed an used it for a couple of years without any problems. For the past several weeks, however, there is an annoying bug. When you try to log an email in Salesforce, the Salesforce pane on the right of the Gmail window pops up an error saying that in order to log the email, Salesforce needs access to your Gmail account. Despite having repeatedly gone through this setup, the Salesforce integration will work for a day or two, sometimes three, and then it will break and once again, the Salesforce pane will say that it needs to have access to your Gmail account. I have removed the Salesforce extension, cleared cache, etc, and reinstalled the Salesforce extension. It will work for a day, or two, or sometimes three, and then the bug resurfaces.

love it

Works great most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't connect to the servers and Chrome doesn't recognize the extension. It comes back eventually, but sometimes it's frustrating because I need to use the extension on the spot and it's unavailable.
Monica Bosutar
Great integration with Gmail. Quick and simple.
Bethany Rubin Henderson
excellent in concept and when it works. a glitch makes the integration frequently disconnect and have to be reconnected
Joe Vallone
Outstanding Chrome Add In for Sales Force
Martin Motooka
Love the extension. I wish there was a way to turn it off. Currently, it asks if I would like to log every sent email, which can get old fast.
Adam Shemlev
Is there a way to force users to reauthenticate after a certain period of time if “Keep Gmail and Salesforce Connected” setting is enabled?
Jeremy Rozen
The integration, once connected with SF is actually pretty easy to use and I do find it tremendously helpful to keep all of my interactions with clients in one place so that my team can also see them. However, I do find that there are a few annoying quirks which prevent me from giving this 5 stars. First and foremost is the fact that the app is constantly disengaging from SF and asking me to reconnect to the CRM. Second, there are too many times when the app should pick up the contact from SF without me having to search for it. Same email address, same name. Mostly though, the decoupling of the app from the CRM is the most annoying part and I just don't understand why (after I've given permissions and accepted the connection to my gmail account) this is happening over and over again.
Antonio Carlos Scola
very easy and comfortable to handle !
James Malone
amazing!
R Velmurugan
great
Max Gröning
Nice and handy. I would give it 5 stars if there were an option to select multiple emails and log them to an account or opportunity in one step. With the volume of emails you receive every day, logging them individually is time-consuming. I understand that this method may not work as well when logging contacts, but often it is sufficient to simply log accounts or opportunities to obtain a meaningful assignment.
Christian Munch
Very nice plugin, however I experience that I have to login to it very often and again allow for it to have access to my calendar. That is a bit annoying but could be due to company IT policies.
Gray Jameson
Great integration and very useful
Seth Myers
Hot. Garbage.
Michael Stebbins
Two stars because it used to work flawlessly with Gmail and Chrome. Now it's constantly giving errors and disconnecting. I have to make sure my work is logged, so the recent update has been a nightmare to make sure its happening. Sometimes I end up just logging it manually, which defeats the purpose. Even when it looks like its working, I'm not seeing the events and emails logged when I check in SalesForce. Used to be much, much better.
Hampton Operations
Terrible! Everything used to work fine until Salesforce rolled out the new version. No pop up window anymore, constant error messages etc
Cheryl Logue
Great timesaving tool!
Derric McElheney
Can I just be honest for a moment? This has been the biggest blessing to have SalesForce integrated into Gmail!! Truly, thank you!
Walid Ghannouchi
It keeps disconnecting from Gmail. Not the best User Experience.
Henry Davis III
It's functional for what I need, including logging emails to their relevant spaces within Salesforce to reference for later.
James Coleman
This makes it so simple!
Sarolta Maetz
The new version keeps asking me to link my Gmail and my Salesforce account every other day...
Johnson Small
Works well. Not many complaints.
Maximilian Groening
I really like this tool because it helps to keep track of email conversations and to easily integrate new contacts into my Salesforce. I only wished it would also work on my iPhone gmail app.
