- This could, and should, be an amazing extension. We've used it for some time and although clunky it has been a great way to efficiently link email communications to our jobs/accounts/customer feedback records. Unfortunately in the last 2 months we've had nothing but URL error messages and have only been able to use it sporadically. Ridiculously, the 'advise us if you have a problem' link within the error message doesn't work either. Frustration levels through the roof, pull your socks up Salesforce.

- This app is only marginally helpful. First, I constantly have to log back in to use it. More importantly, though, I can record emails to individuals, but I can't also record the email to Cases. (Note an earlier version of the app worked fine, but it is no longer available.) The app doesn't recognize any Cases unless I search for them at the top of the app sidebar. If I do that, I can select the Salesforce Case I want it recorded on, but what shows in the selection list below after doing that isn't the correct Case name. If I select that case with the wrong name, it generally doesn't record anything to either Case (the correct Case or the wrong one). I had a support case with Salesforce about this many months ago and at the time it seemed that we (the SF support person and I) were able to select the wrong Case name to record to but the email would actually record to the correct Case. But now it's not working at all for Cases. And Cases is probably the MOST important place to record the email. I may try another case with SF support, but I don't have high hopes for this functionality.

- It used to work well, but the past 2 months it has been disconnecting and creating an error, so I can't use it. I have reported it twice and spent a lot of time on the phone trying to sort it out. I was given a workaround, but this is also throwing up an error. The eta I have been given to resolve the issue it December. Very frustrating!

- This has been spitting out error after error for months now. We've submitted tickets and logs and remote acces to SF customer support but they have been unable to figure out why. PDF-ing emails and attaching them to an opportunity is a work around but it is getting old. Please. Fix. Your. Bugs

- there was a ton of issues last week. and since the update, i'm required to log in everyday now. not really enjoying this much. i wish it would autolog emails. just pick up on the email address and log it to the page I set it to.

- Has started working again--kind of--since the recent disastrous update. It now can find the records to log to, but it requires me to allow Lightning access to my gmail account every time. Very irritating.

- Could be awesome and really useful for linking emails to contacts amongst other things, but after the latest update it continually causes gmail to freeze for a number of our company users leading to many uninstalling it. Please fix!

- Was working ok previously but past weeks it constantly caches in gmail making it more or less useless. Not good that such a big problem reported by so many of a crucial function not getting fixed.

- It was already bad before the update, but afterwards, it's almost destroyed. From time to time it works, but most of the time it shows wrong url error 404. So sad. 1 Star is to much PLEASE ROLLBACK, we need an extension which works!!!

- It seems as if this extension is broken. It was working but recently it began throwing errors when associating an email with a record. Either it just can't associate it, or it claims there is a picklist value problem on a restricted picklist. There have been no changes to the picklists. It's not hitting any validation rules or something that would trigger such an error it just seems to take issue with my custom picklists.

- Very frustrating experience and constantly broken when linked to GMail. Trying to log when sending is a bit of a nightmare and that needs fixing - you never really know which email the extension is refering to.

- Does the job but is extremely slow to load and sync. Would be great if we could log emails to multiple providers, not just one.

- Very frustrating as our users relied on this to log Gmail activity and as of last week they started running into various errors that completely interrupted their workflows. Hopefully these issues are resolved or details on workarounds are made known.

- Some people in our company get an "Invalid URL" error message when they try to install this extension. Some get have no issues whatsoever. Clearing out cache doesn't help. Seems to have become an issue with the most recent update. Frustrating because we rely on this.

- It's amazing how bad this plugin is. The best you can hope for is that email logging works 60% of the time, with the other 40% being error messages and attempts to log to the wrong contacts. Days like today it pretty much doesn't work at all. SF should hire a usability team at some point. (Or if they have one, they should go get a NEW one).

- It is working really bad, and the new side panel actually sucks, never works properly and have to re load the page over and over.

- It really sucks lately and is not dependant at all, same as Salesfoce, trying to charge you for literalyl everything and when the counts does not hit their targets they charge you for data limits etc etc , just using the power. Systems are good, however I would today definitely chose some other providers, just to try a dn give the chance to others.

- Was great, and then the new update came in and really doesn't work well for email sync (it's good for calendar sync) and now my email won't even connect at all. I just get error after error everytime. Example: "Failed to get item details from provider : caught An internal server error has occurred Error ID: 730438094-339782 (-1034929770)" It makes this unusable for email sync :(

- Works great when it works. After the latest update, we have intermittent errors and sometimes users will have to go back into their sent email multiple times and click to log the email again. A frustrating, time-consuming experience. this is a common error --> "Error in $A.getCallback() [Cannot read properties of null (reading 'context')] Failing descriptor: {markup://clients:contextualEmailEventHome}" We've followed all the instructions spit out by the AI support agent to no avail.

- Possible solution to fix the non working plugin: In Salesforce => User Profile => Advanced User Details => revoke every "google - Lightning For Gmail" connection under the "Third-Party Account Links" category. This forces the user to re-link their google account to the salesforce plugin. Afterwards, the plugin worked again for the users in our organization.
