I was looking for a software like this 4 years ago and was thinking about creating my own as I saw a demand for it. 2 years later, Meetingbird releases one and the craziest thing of all... IT'S COMPLETELY FREE. I'm forever thankful. It's an advanced software with plenty of integration possibilities, fairly easy to use and solves the forever issue: How do you schedule a meeting/activity where EVERYONE can participate? This solves it.

(2020-02-17) Monica Shin: I can't seem to get a response to the email I sent so I am hoping this review will get their attention. Meetingbird completely broke after my work's G-Suite migrated and I can't fix it because it says my email address has an account already but it also is connected to my @old.domain account as well. I will revise my review if I get a response from the meetingbird team.
(2019-06-04) Andrew Scholotiuk: Extremely helpful in booking meetings, I highly recommend trying it out. Doesn't have group polling yet, but still very useful in booking web demos and meetings.
(2019-06-01) Max Beech: Wish I could love this, but when composing an email inline on gmail, there is a huge gap below the extension's toolbar, causing half of the email's text to be blocked. Will try this extension again in a few weeks and hopefully it will be fixed?! Will update this review if so.

(2019-04-19) Jessica Fox: It's a great extension and works as advertised. Unfortunately, customer support is nonexistent. I contacted twice over the past couple of months, once through their website and once via email and never got a response to either one. For that reason, I will need to find an alternative that actually includes support.

(2018-06-11) Ryan Margheriti: So far so good. I especially like that it only gives itself access to sites it needs (gmail/inbox), not every site you visit. I would not have installed it otherwise.

(2018-01-29) Ashley Cleveland: I really like the concept but unfortunately it didn't work for my team. The extension kept messing up times, dates, and meeting agendas. Not sure what's going on but it will be removed from my extensions.
