Get RSS Feed URL
Retreive RSS feeds URLs from Website
Get RSS Feed URL helps you quickly find and copy RSS or Atom feed links from websites.
Many sites no longer provide direct links to their RSS feeds. This extension detects and displays available feed URLs automatically, saving you the trouble of inspecting page source code.
In addition to detecting standard RSS/Atom feeds, the extension also supports several well-known platforms, including:
- YouTube: detect feeds for channels, users and playlists
- Reddit: retrieve feeds from homepage, subreddits or user profiles
- GitHub and Gitlab: get feeds for repositories (commits, releases, tags) and user activity
Other platforms with structured feed URLs may also be supported where possible.
A full list of supported platforms and use cases is available in the README on GitHub repository at https://github.com/shevabam/get-rss-feed-url-extension
= Features
- View detected feed URLs in a popup
- Copy any individual feed URL, or all at once

= Privacy
This extension does not collect or store any personal information.
Only read-only (GET) requests may be used to help identify RSS feeds on visited pages.

This extension is ruining my download speed. It is reducing it to a 1/10th of its usual speed. I have done multiple tests and it is definitely being caused by this extension. As soon as I disable it, my download speed is normal again.
Update: June 19, 2025 I came back to check on this and I had a response!? I never got notified by chrome but the update works as intended making my previous complaint basically null and void. I'll be moving it up to 5 stars since they fixed / added the feature I stated was missing. Should anything change I'll update once again but I have to say that was pretty quick! Thank you --- June 14, 2025 Score is based because you can get many front facing RSS feeds but not the more complicated ones. Example: You can get a RSS feed for the main YouTube channel but the playlist or podcast feed it is unable to find the feeds.
Not working. Unable to find feed or Error: Failed to fetch. Useless
Top, findet Youtube RSS Feeds without any problems!
It works great for me, including on a site where I gave up on guessing for a feed url.
Works as intended. Seems the complaints are people not realizing the site they are trying it on has no rss feed. If it does go file a bug report people. Can't get fixed if with zero information. Thanks.
this has never found the rss for a single site ive tried it on
It doesn't do what it promised
If there is a feed, it'll find it. Period.
Barely finds some feeds

Does this have access to "feeder.co"? Is there a privacy policy around this?

For MY purposes it's excellent. I can get an atom feed and it works in Feedly for google news searches for free, whereas Feedly normally makes users pay for premium usage for those rss feeds :)

Works, but it was doing something strange to my google searches. It was redirecting google search result links through https://sr.gdprvalidate.de/redir/clickGate.php?... Strange... acting like spyware... comments, developer?

I spent a lot of time looking for a alternative for Firefox built-in RSS feature or the awesome-rss add-on. This is the the closest one on Chrome.

This is a lifesaver.

Why three stars? It works great, in that it displays the URL of RSS feeds. However, it doesn't light up, in the presence of RSS feeds, like Google's dysfunctional RSS Subscription Extension (by Google). I know Get RSS Feed URL will tell me, if I click on it, whether there's a feed there. But I would prefer the tool to be greyed-out, unless there actually is an RSS feed available on the page. So, I am forced to run both extensions; one to tell me there's an RSS feed here and the other to tell me the actual URL for that feed. Then I can copy and paste the URL into my feedreader of choice (currently, that's Feedly).
