Latest reviews
- (2025-06-19) Levi Coe: pretty decent password manager...
- (2025-06-16) Niroj Manandhar: Recent updates have made it fail to auto submit login after filling up the credentials. E.g. on a wordpress login page.
- (2025-05-17) Fabio Tea: by far the best password manager for desktop
- (2025-05-07) Emil Daria: Affordable and responsive
- (2025-04-24) Levi Sands: This extension has almost without exception worked very well for me for several years across multiple platforms (Linux and Windows) and multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Zen etc.). I'll admit that to get it to work in a way that is (almost) as seamless as any built-in browser password managers does take some small effort on my part to sometimes manually manage the creation of an item (or add some more information to auto-generated items) that effort has served me well both using this extension and in other ways as I manage my logins and other sensitive information. To the team at Enpass thank you for a quality product!
- (2025-02-23) Stuart Davies: I can't say if it's the extension or main app, but 9 times out of 10 Enpass fails to correctly fill fields on the screen, either only filling one or not doing any at all. I've ended up using Enpass merely as a vault to store data, but then manually copy each data item one by one into the browser. I also have to do that on the mobile App. Frustratingly Enpass gets in the way of using my computers, blocking fields, annoying popups and the like, far more than it speeds up using them. Then it occurred to me that is wasting my time and I need to look for a different security solution. A few weeks ago I moved to Linux and was relieved to find Enpass was available, but then discovered the faults are also present in this OS, meaning these faults are fundamental to the software and are browser/OS independent. I've used Enpass for years, but it's now so slow and flaky, I need to spend some time researching alternatives. I suppose I've stuck with it so long because early on I obtained a free pro license, but even at no cost I can't justify continuing with it, especially as there are so many open source security solutions that are also free.
- (2025-02-07) Hugo Rossi: Is acting crazy after updating MacOS to Sequoia
- (2025-02-06) IGOR PETROV: HALF A LIFE USING AND HAPPY ALL AND MOST OF ALL I BELIEVE THE COMPANY AND GREATLY YOU CAN SEARCH LIFETIME ACCOUNTS NEARLY FREE COMPARED OTHER COMPANIES
- (2025-01-07) Sascha: Latest version makes chrome almost unusable on (ajax?) forms with huge waiting times.
- (2025-01-05) arOis Bulb (ar0is): worked fine until few weeks ago, now some sites, that have a search bar completely crash, when trying to edit the thing i wrote in it.
- (2024-10-28) Ali DHAHRI: The extension is great but until my last upgrade I have many problem with Chrome Could you please fix the issu
- (2024-10-19) Loren Riesenfeld: The chrome extension barely works anymore. The password popup randomly disappears and reappears without letting you select and autofill login items. Please fix ASAP or I will be cancelling Enpass and migrating to 1password.
- (2024-10-18) Stuart Gelin: I was having the same issue everyone else is reporting, but now it won't even do that. It says "setup required" and tells me I don't have the desktop app installed even though I do. I really really didn't want to switch away from Enpass but I think I have to. this is just too much.
- (2024-10-18) Matt Cormier: Was great, but no longer works properly. The extension gets into a broken state where the autofill popup menu keeps locking and unlocking which doesn't allow you to click password. Tried everything from changing settings to reinstalling Enpass and extension. Reinstalling the extension does fix it but only temporarily.
- (2024-10-11) Arpad Jo: As the others says, I have been using also for years. Worked welll, however recently not. I cannot click on the chosen password, cause the popup disappears before I could click on that. Please fix it.
- (2024-10-09) Kamil Borowski: Extension doesn't work anymore.
- (2024-09-27) Hugo Rossi: I've been using it for years, worked well most of the time . I have recently faced a lot of issues trying to use it on Chrome.
- (2024-09-27) David Swoboda: Been using Enpass for years now and actually I like it a lot, however currently it feels like the Chrome Extension is getting worse...
- (2024-09-13) Andrew Lockard: While Enpass offers a solid foundation for password management, I've encountered several frustrating issues that have significantly impacted my user experience. The recurring disabling of Accessibility Options Permission, along with the non-functional fill-in feature on Windows 11, have made it difficult to use Enpass as intended. Additionally, the inconsistent behavior of the Connect to Chrome browser feature and the lack of functionality in the right-click context menu have further hindered my ability to utilize the full potential of the application. Despite these drawbacks, Enpass's core features and security measures remain valuable. However, I believe that addressing these persistent issues is crucial for improving user satisfaction and ensuring that Enpass remains a reliable password management solution. I mean, these types of errors/bugs shouldn't be happening in a paid version of the app. I would like someone to troubleshoot this and resolve the issue. I will update my review accordingly. Thanks!
- (2024-07-19) Dee T: The extension works fine for me? I also like that I can sync passwords using my google drive, one drive or icloud and not have to pay that monthly fee i was paying 1password for the same privilege
- (2024-04-02) Kevin Keegan: This breaks on chromebooks everytime there is a Chrome auto-update. A very annoying bug.
- (2024-01-10) 松伏Ext: Import ; Support unicode. Futer Autofill PWD, Attachments ;allows you to store any type of file, Keyfile ;Add an extra level of authentication to unlock Enpass with a Keyfile.
- (2023-12-18) Zbyněk Kočí: It would be great Password manager, unfortuntelly its freezing, unable to stay authenticate for more than 1 hour. No way to make it working properly. Going to migrate...
- (2023-04-02) Ruskell JD: Love that the app works, hate that the browser extension doesn't. I can't find the autofill setting so it doesn't do anything and the extension doesn't help me at all. This a chromebook only problem, it works on everything else I have

- (2023-03-23) S. Ronin McGowan: I don't often give 5 star reviews, because there's always room for improvement. However, I feel that Enpass' extensions for both Chrome and Firefox are well implemented. The Android app needs a little polishing, but it's more than serviceable. Enpass' entire "your data is never on our servers" design is so smart it's amazing to think that other password managers were written any other way. I bought the lifetime license, after using Lastpass (breached AND got monetization fever) and Myki (the software/company got purchased and the product was migrated to a closed project...I think?), not to mention encryption "vaults" for storage of my passwords via spreadsheets and other non-shiny methods, I can honestly say I've spent 20 years keeping my passwords safe in many many different ways, but Enpass appears to be the very best method (that doesn't involve me remembering thousands of passwords in my own head) to date. For that, I gladly give this review and the 5 stars.
