- The continuous slider of speed control is definitely superior to set, discrete gradations.

- The Google Chrome extension fails to work when selecting text. The customer support is abysmal; you only ever get responses from a bot, with almost no human interaction. There is no option for a one-month subscription, likely because the service performs so poorly. Instead, they force you into a one-year commitment upfront. The core issue, however, is that they simply do not fix bugs. This is the biggest problem of all. It is unclear what the company's management is thinking. In this day and age, an AI-driven company should operate much differently. To the administration: Take the list of reviews, feed them into an AI chat, and let it tell you exactly what you need to fix.

- Helps me study 5 times faster, scans images and documents, reads from webpages or e-books. I would recommend 100%.

- Good plugin for if you have dyslexia. I wish I could change the voice.
- Sunny Yadav
- At least leave a few ai voices as free such as AVA
- Paul White
- the reading is good but could use a few more natural voices to chose from.
- hanna moonfly
- DO NOT USE: it is broken and does not work for me
- C
- Completely decided to stop reading sections of page, and the only way to get help is a stupid AI who is an almost sadistic idiot. These people seem to hate their users.
- Daniel BERES
- Bought it for Japanese language. Is is buggy as hell and chat support is a useless AI. I tried e-mail but the answer I got still comes from the same useless AI. Not a great experience so far.
- OminousA4
- Not great, it misses entire sections of the page, including hyperlink text.
- Julie Denmark
- Doesn't work properly. Works for some minutes, then you have to refresh the page each time you'll use it. Waste of time.
- Manolo
- Halfway through reading a webpage (e.g. a news article from yahoo.com/news), NaturalReader continues reading but stops highlighting what it's reading, and if you clicked on any sentence - to highlight it and to begin reading from that sentence, it doesn't work (the sentence doesn't get highlighted and reading doesn't begin from there). This has been my experience for quite a few months now.
- Aimee Harvey
- Its good but you don't have a lot of time to use it. Use the one above this, its just as good, and you can keep using it for a long time.
- Nicklas Dupont
- I really like this program. I study biology, and the fact I am able to correct the pronunciation is amazing - espacially because I go through material in both english and danish. One thing I do miss though, is being able to view files two pages at a time, so I don't have to constant scroll between text, and a figure/table/graph etc. It is a feature I desperately need, but I like the program so much, that I still rate it 5/5
- Cam B
- Good. Except they secretly force all their meaningful features behind a paywall they do not tell you about. Thanks for wasting my time.
- Jeremy Gail Manaois- Alea
- This Application is very helpful especially when I have to finish a lot of readings in one day. I commend the creators of Natural Readers.
- Volodymyr
- Reads the next nicely. No complaints.
- PI M

- Nikhil Ranjan Sarkar
- It's good.
- Ryan Bell

- wycliffe odhiambo
- So far so good.
- Matthew Johnson
- I love the program it makes listing to my web novels and other novels easier as I can listen to them. They don't have the best free options but I found one that I really love and now all the protagonist in the novels i am listing too are young and British sounding.
- Tyra McGovern
- I love this app and it truly is a 5 star app. Deducted 1 because of the cost. It's not expensive to a regular human but an older, disabled student... well... ANY student... I venture... not so much. It adds up. Thank you for your help as I attempt going to school again.
- anay dighee
- 5 star very usefull
- Diana Minze
- I'll change this to 5 stars if you bring the mia voice back
- Andrew Sullivan
- Great tool for text to speech!
- JH N
- I have been using this for over 4 years. Highly recommended
- Christopher Tyler Short
- I took a break from using the extension, but I'm pretty sure there used to be a lot more settings options. When I'm listening to academic papers I used to be able to skip parentheticals and brackets, but that doesn't seem to be an option anymore.
- Viviana Leon
- I have a hard time reading because I have dyslexia and my eyes dance a lot, especially as an adult that is going back to school after having a full 40 hour work week. NATURAL READER IS A LIFE SAVER, LOVE IT!
- Hussain Thana
- very good
- Cat Cizmas
- WELL worth the upgrade if you have auditory processing disorder. consider it part of your books and supplies budget.
- Mia A. Price, MSA
- I love this program. My only critique would be continuous reading. It only reads a page at a time, if there is a subscription that can match with book apps like Kortext and Kindle, it would really set the app off!!!
- Melisa Yang
- Unless you pay, you will have very terrible robotic voices.
- Iscah Flyer
- Are you kidding? The natural voices are only within a 5 minute limit, then they ask you to subscribe for 9.95 a month. Their "free" voices are the same robotic voices online textbooks and Adobe uses. A joke and a waste of time.
- Joseph Fenech Laudi
- Love it!
- Mark Zhang
- This is the best free one I found on the chrome web store. Just like its name, The voice is real natural.
