- It worked for a while, when I first installed it, not that long ago, and then YouTube started going dark, at the beginning of videos, and it said that it was being interrupted. I had to reload the page, just so the videos would start. I contacted Ghostery, and they asked if I updated Chrome, I said, I didn't know that I had to. They said, yes, you do. So I did. It worked for a day or two, then it started lagging again. I uninstalled it, then re installed it, and it's still lagging. This is the only extension that I have.

- Ghostery - Wow this is such a great program ... I almost forgot I have been using it for years now. I remember that I once turned it off - after a day I had to turn it was back on. I never realized how much junk I was getting. My suggestion - Get it and don't worry about all the junk you were blasted with.

- Improved but still no option to "zap" ads or annoyances NOT detected — there are tonnes. If you want an adblocker that does this you need Adguard or uBlock Origin.

- I am happy in this world of corruption and privacy just being in name, there is a free extension Ghostery. I am aware that all new browsers have incorporated what Ghostery provides (recently), but i sure keep this in mind and recommend frequently. A very easy to use and great at hiding everything extension, with an added benefit of an adblocker. Thank you Ghostery
