- This is the BEST ad blocker out there! I have tried many others, only to find out certain ads would show up while some wouldn't. And the other blockers wouldn't show the ads that the previous blocker wouldn't block but would show the ads that the previous blocker wouldn't show. This has blocked ALL ads that I have come across. Another little thing I like about this ad blocker is you can also pause the ads for 1 hour, 1 day or always.

- You do great work in making the world safer. Sounds pretentious, but it is true. There are so many people in the electronic world who think their information is secure because they use a password. My career in IT began it the mid-1970s when I built the first on-line credit card verification network. And onward and upward. But to simplify here, Ghostery does its work in the background, quietly and securely. Ghostery is like having a really big German Shepard in the front yard who just sits and watches until some nasty person tries to come into the yard. - Surfing really IS better with Ghostery! Of all the ant-malware, anti-spyware, anti-virus, blah, blah, blah aps/programs I've used over the past 30 years, or so, Ghostery really is the most effective at keeping crud off of my computer without slowing me (or my rig) down. Good job, guys!

- one of the best and non irritating ad blockers to use. it filters out more than 90% of ads without causing any issues in browsing experience. also does not suspiciously increase the memory usage while is on

- Ghostery used to be good, it no longer does a very good job of stopping trackers. It has been unable to diversify for the changes in tracking, I have been very disappointed in the last year or so. These good ratings are deceitful, they are from an earlier time when Ghostery was actually good.

- Extension works really well to speed up sites that have way too many ads; has many options, some may say too many. I intentionally configure extension to allow some sites to track me because they benefit me greatly and don't have way too many ads.

- Incredibly useful extension, genuinely one of the greats. Blocks annoying ads & protects your browsing experience. Works on all major browsers (if you are not sure, just try adding it anyway, you may be positively surprised). Used it before it was cool. There are other options, but this one I would genuinely recommend :) Happy and safe browsing!
