- I've used this ad blocker for as long as I can remember having a computer, it's really good and I don't even notice it's blocking ads sometimes. If it wasn't for this blocker I probably would've gotten hacked already so I really would recommend it.

- How would I get any writing done without Ghostery preventing interruptions while I work? There are brief pauses when I first open the browser and reload a video that was playing, but after that I don't notice it and anyway its all better than the ads throughout. Why don't more people use this?

- Works great. But be aware that when it is on it can block stuff on sites you need. So don't forget to put it on pause when needed . But it is a great and easy to use product.

- I have been using ghostery for I believe my entire time on YouTube, since around 2010 I believe, I was introduced by my father and it is a fantastic ad blocker and tracker blocker, most of the time I didn't notice I had it until YouTube blocked the ad blocker I ran alongside ghostery and ever since then I've been eternally grateful.

- Blocks ads on yt, and seemingly several other places? I still get ads on sites, but yt is what I use mostly. It does, however, sometimes cause longer loading times, or has me needing to refresh certain videos a couple times for them to work -- it also reduces how many videos appear on my yt feed (there will just be an empty black space where a video would be normally). At first this was jarring, but now, honestly, its less distracting for me on my homepage and I'm managing just fine with less videos suggested. I'm posting this review bc I've had ghostery for a WHILE now and it's been a game-changer. Feels like they've earned my first chrome extension review. :P

- Best ad blocker I've used. Haven't seen an ad in all the years I've had it, works 24/7 quietly in the background, and keeps adding new features and has extras like anti-tracking and automatically rejecting all cookies.

- Only the second adblocker I've ever used, no need to switch again as Ghostery is amazing at everything it does. Easy to apply and even easier to control. The best part is the automatic cookie and tracking settings so I never have to manually enter my preferred settings on every new site ever again.

- I've been a fan of Ghostery for years and it's one of the best adblockers out there. That you don't even remember it's there is just everything you could hope for in a tool that is free to use - no ads, no popups, just does the job quietly. It's also super easy to navigate for instances where you need to turn it off to view a site. Don't need to remember to turn it on again either, just pause for an hour and it does the rest. Combined this with uBlock and I've honestly forgotten what ads even look like (until I use someone else's laptop and am horrified by internet marketing!!). Keep up the great work developers - you've done us all a solid!

- Excellent, I have been using it since the beginning! I would give 5 stars if Ghostery could stop ads in YouTube, I seem to remember that in the past they could do it...
