- I'm 39 years old and I've contributed to reviews maybe 11 times in my life (at most). However, after over a decided of using Ghostery they politely asked for a review. Literally, I started using Ghostery in college and this is the first time they ever asked me for anything. The service is phenomenal, there is only one site I frequent that makes things difficult with Ghostery and requires I disable it. I know that's a pretty small gripe, but that is the only pseudo-complaint I can think of. It's an amazing product.

- It worked for a while, when I first installed it, not that long ago, and then YouTube started going dark, at the beginning of videos, and it said that it was being interrupted. I had to reload the page, just so the videos would start. I contacted Ghostery, and they asked if I updated Chrome, I said, I didn't know that I had to. They said, yes, you do. So I did. It worked for a day or two, then it started lagging again. I uninstalled it, then re installed it, and it's still lagging. This is the only extension that I have.

- Ghostery - Wow this is such a great program ... I almost forgot I have been using it for years now. I remember that I once turned it off - after a day I had to turn it was back on. I never realized how much junk I was getting. My suggestion - Get it and don't worry about all the junk you were blasted with.

- Improved but still no option to "zap" ads or annoyances NOT detected — there are tonnes. If you want an adblocker that does this you need Adguard or uBlock Origin.
