Whom do I contact to get rid of this app...it encoded all my files and says if I delete the app or extension, all my encoded files go with it to never be recovered...how on earh is this a good app if one cannot delete it without harm to oneself. somebody help me please

To all the people who "1 star" this app, maybe try wrapping your brain around the concept that you're way more likely to have your electronic "front door" kicked in and be robbed than your physical one. - (2016-02-15) D Li: I don't get it. In what circumstances the folder is being hidden? After I connected this app and uploaded files to supposed to be hidden state, I still see them on my google drive. If I logged out of google, yes I can not see any files in my drive, including the hidden ones, but what is the point. One can use google services only if you logged in. So on any comp where I have to log in to Google, like Chrome from example, my "hidden" files are being seen, if I don't log in to Google, then nothing is seen anyway. Explain please what am I doing wrong.Thanks
