Been using this for three yrs on liftime membership. always have trouble signing in. usually have to go through "support" to make any changes. new review 05-11-23 almost a year since my last review. No change, says server unavailable and won't give option to pick different server. Have to try customer support again.

При попытке подключения получаю ошибку. Обращался в вашу поддержку. Поддержка прямо так мне в переписке и заявила: "мы отключили сервис для русских". Это всё, что нужно знать о расовой сегрегации от "носителей демократических ценностей" в 21 веке.

- (2023-06-28) Nick Anderson: Barely functional. Most of the time it just spins and disconnects. For multiple days it just wouldn't find a server and couldn't connect. This is the Chrome app. Even the desktop app fails to actually work half the time, with the website either detecting the use of a VPN or not detecting the country the VPN is connected to.

Перестало работать, хотя самое смешное, что через vpn на компьютере, если я меняю свой ip и захожу в браузер, то этот vpn работает, я так понимаю, разработчики заблокировали пользоваться, хотя раньше было всё нормально, я этим vpn почти год пользуюсь. У меня еще купленная подписка у них, до конца лета, но теперь я думаю, больше не куплю у них подписку

With the extension, it will say that the server youre connected to is experiencing isssues, but it wont give you an option to connect to a different one. It will also say my lifetime subscription has expired and reset all settings randomly. The android app is just as horrible. It will randomly wipe all my settings so when I am used to it auto-connecting, it will suddenly not be connected at all! I'm annoyed i bought a lifetime sub for this garbage. Do better guys, come on.

I paid for a lifetime license and hope this will be fixed soon or that at least there's a refund!
