Rechtschreibung prüfen oder Texte umformulieren. Ganz einfach.
Liste der unterstützten Sprachen: Englisch (Australien, Kanada, Großbritannien, Neuseeland, Südafrika, USA), Französisch, Deutsch (Österreich, Deutschland, Schweiz), Russisch, Ukrainisch, Asturisch, Weißrussisch, Bretonisch, Katalanisch (auch Valencianisch), Chinesisch, Dänisch, Niederländisch, Esperanto, Galizisch, Griechisch, Italienisch, Japanisch, Khmer, Persisch, Polnisch, Portugiesisch (Brasilien, Portugal, Angola, Mosambik), Rumänisch, Slowakisch, Slowenisch, Spanisch, Schwedisch, Tagalog, Tamil, Arabisch

- Works perfectly and so easy to use I love the Chrome extension except the one problem I have is that app doesn't support most writing platforms.

- Now only reserved for paid users, power and money hungry.

- Developers are most likely paying, botting, and/or making positive reviews for this dog water extension. Probably trying to bury the bad reviews and keep the stars high so people think it's good and worth paying for.

- I like it for the most part, I did end up buying a yearly subscription, it's a lot less than Grammarly although Grammarly is better, imo, but its 3x the price. I would like to see an option to include certain words and their grammar in the dictionary. Some word I want to be capitalized and I don't like to continuously deal with the Grammar checker to clear the "error" of capitalization.

- So, developers are complaining that it has become difficult for them to compete, and that's why they are making features that used to be free now paid? If that's your development strategy, then I hope you go out of business soon, since you can't come up with anything new and are just making old features paid.

- Suddenly became a paid extension, "due to AI', so buy premium so we can force AI down your throat in our premium extension. Nope, don't think so. I'll try to find another one, I just need it for spell check anyway. Also be careful, apparently QuillBot is a sister company.

- Shame to see a great freemium tool becoming premium only...
- Anonymous
- Too bad it's going the paid road. What about add-ons, like in Thunderbird? That is not in the FAQs what is going to happen to them. edit: https://languagetool.org/premium has the answer. In the next to each other Basic and Premium overview, all the way down under Apps, Thunderbird is the only app still supported under Basic coverage.

- Even though it goes only premium, I understand it, and per year it's cheap, so no complaints. As someone who uses more than one language, this is the best extension I could find. Yeah, sometimes it does not pick the correct word, etc. but nothing is perfect.

- I do not like to spell and I appreciate having a backup!!
- Anonymous
- Could be more productive but overall good

- The extension is now completely paid for premium subscribers. It's a shame, as I've been using it for a long time, and the basic version was enough for me.

- While it generally works as intended, it is very frustrating that the AI seems to consistently be unable to offer the correct spelling of many words, often failing to guess what the correct word should be, and offering suggestions that are not close to the obvious. Apparently "beaurocrat" is simply too far beyond what it fathom. And so I am regularly forced to use Google anyway to correct various misspellings. 4/5 functionality. 2/5 for being annoying. It's like a having big rock in the floor of your living room that you keep tripping over.

- when you spell an uncomen name it will try to correct it

- Locked us in to a second automatically renewing year contract and would not offer a pro-rata refund citing a spurious 14 day window.

- This used to be my favorite grammar tool, until it decided to add the AI text curser. As an educator I appreciated it before to be a tool that my students can use to help them learn grammar as they wrote, now it just will do it for them. I wish that they would remove the AI portion from the tool for schools. It was a great tool, now it jumped on the AI bandwagon. My middle school writers are not skilled enough not to use it just to rewrite their work and it is not detectable. I am so sad my students are losing this tool.

- with Overleaf on Chrome it works seldom

- i love it, its simple and clean. all my texts are fixed now!

- A great and open source editor! While it is certainly not perfect, it does exactly what it says it does, without being hostile to you. In an era of rapid ensh*ttification, it certainly is a reprieve.
