An extension to add Last.fm support for Google Play Music
Once you log in to last.fm, your tracks will automatically scrobble from Google Play Music. Click the icon to see the currently playing track, with quick links to get more info from last.fm

This extension asks for your last.fm username & password. This information is not stored. This is used to request a session token which is saved for all future sessions, and is used to transmit tracks from Google Play Music to last.fm

Working for me as well. Unclear it if starts automatically or if one should start Google Play Music from the icon. Think it works automatically, which is the right (simple) way. Thank you so much Ash Kyd!
It doesn't scrobble.
The only one I've found which doesn't miss scrobbles. Though it scrobbles after the first seconds of a song which makes it a bit inconvenient.
